I’m bias but the Horizon mod is really bringing Fallout 4 to another level. These overhauls are great, not taking anything away from the work they put in. I’m in their Discord as well but Horizon makes Vanilla look like an alpha build. These overhauls sort of make it a different game entirely.

Love the Fallout content bro ! Making me want to copy this modlist. That um, bunker with the turrets and the terminal/elevator can only be accessed during Paladin Danse's final quest. Nothing in it. It's just a safehouse. Giving Cait a silenced weapon can help reduce your detection and local noise. Thus making it slightly easier for you to detect enemy gufire. Companions do be shooting a lot at even the slightest thing because of the AI dectection in this setup.

if you go in the the mod config menu then go to fall ui you can customize your hud and turn stuff off you can also use immersive hud to customize stuff too.

Hey man firstly love the content! I did want to know though what settings you changed in the GCM menu to make friendlies and enemies engage each other and yourself at those distances? all i could think of was the 3 basic sneak settings.

Awesome video series! Love this modpack. Question though: you are playing the Stalker mod pack currently. Is it easy to switch over to the Metro profile? Is it as easy as just selecting a different profile instance in MO2?

Yes it is. Downside is if you only want to play one of the packs you must still download all mods instead of only the ones you need. Say you only want to play stalker, you must download all metro mods too

I think if the two profiles use some of the same mods, just place the mods out of one into the other profiles mod folder, that way you don’t have to re-download everything

That thing that flew overhead is the ZETA UFO, go have a mooch around Oberland Station, you should find it near there, It's where you obtain the Alien Blaster. Also those Hellcats in numbers are a PITA, But get much easier to deal with once you obtain the AS VAL in 9x39mm, I have one now with a 40 round mag and it kills them in one burst each, although it does do 240 damage lol so is pretty good for killing most things. You got me into playing Lost World, and I'm now about 90 hours into the game and Level 55 (I think), some of the weapons are crazy now though, I found a FAMAS last night that fires Missiles and does 400 damage, that's not even the craziest weapon I've got, I had a massive firefight with some totally OP characters at the North of the Map in a Bunker (died about 5 times in a row as I was wearing the wrong type of armour) and got a Rifle from one that does 753 damage, but its ammo type is ..... ??? lol I won't spoil it for you, but It pretty crazy the ammo it uses lol. Can't wait to watch you Assault that place, that is going to be a treat to watch, lol. Also, the Doctor in the subway is in the Doorway opposite to where you went for your sleep. You should just need to open the door, and she will be there (she is in my game anyway).

A famas that fires missiles is insane haha, I'll definitely have to check out that bunker ive been seeing the enemies getting stronger and having some better guns so im excited to keep playing. I also did try that door across from me at the subway station but it was locked for me ill have to try it again.

@@tsauce Maybe the doctor doesn't show until you hit a certain Level. I advise you to improve Chemist and the trait that controls it, INT maybe as Radaway gets really scarce and you will need a lot of it. Then once you have that you can make your own radaway, so collect as many glowing fungi as possible atm and save them, same for Purified water as the recipe requires that too. You'll thank me later lol.

I seriously want to try this and one of the big reasons is the player homes. I love STALKER but it never really feels like you're safe from the world and the elements. If I can have a STALKER style world where I can actually hide in an interior cell once in a while, I'm sold. Sometimes you just need a break from all the madness, right? Looking forward to more!

@@Qeqoification it's a lot of fun. There's also a Metro preset if you want more of a challenge. If you like survival this list is for you. It's rubs great I don't think I've had a single crash. It's really easy to add mods to as well. I'm playing this and Wasteland of Depravity which is another quality list.

@@Qeqoification this list is easy to run. I have a 3070 and a 1660ti. Plays great on both. Around Goodneighbor you get some FPS drops, but thats like on every FO4 modlist I've played. No crashes though.

@@justinfowler5761 Appreciate you answering. How old is your oldest character? I find with even stable lists when i get to about 50h mark, performance and crashes start. Its where i get discouraged to play on, knowing it will only get worse. Thats why i ask again cuz no crashes is so hard to believe, even tho the statement does hype me.

"As of April 30th, 2024 all Fallout4Experiences wabbajack modlists will be delisted and impossible to install forever." This includes Lost World and was taken from the announcements of the official discord. So if you see this before that date and are interested in downloading this modlist, act fast. **This only includes the 5 lists that are made by F4E/Screaming Lake, those include, Lost World, Whispering Chills, Tale of Two Commonwealths, Stay Frosty, and Ground Zero.**

@@princeeo7509 ScreamingLake has decided to fully move on from the fallout modding community and doesn’t want to spend the money to upkeep the site and needed files for the mod lists, the original plan was to keep them up until they were broken by an update but that’s going to happen soon anyways with the next gen update.

actually the update that would end up breaking the lists is going to happen before they are deleted/taken down so in the end they are going to be broken before being taken down.

I really tried this mod. You make it look so awesome, but some of the artificial difficulty frustred the living hell out at me. I really like the mods you added but, couldnt get it to work lol. Luckily I can just watch you play.

The leaning mod isn't included in the mod pack. You need to add it in your modlist separately. The mod is called "Uneducated Shooter - QE Leaning and Gun Inertia". Hope that helps!

Hey Tsauce, since Lost world is being sent into the abyss, I was wondering if you still have the wabbjack install file for the version you are playing on, I'd like to be able to archive the old version as I think it is generally much better.

19:55 I haven't finished watching the whole video yet but that woosh sound is the alien ship its a random event I forget what triggers it idk if it's changed because of the mod pack but it's always a super cool event

well here's the thing that sucks, if you don't have nexus premium then you have to download the mods 1by if you do then the installer will download all the mods for you.

I'm new to this modded Fallout 4.... it seems cool and has Stalker vibes, but it seems scripted. No ALife like in Stalker, no always different fights and situations...

All the locations and enemies in the Lost World mod are in the vanilla Fallout 4 game too, it's just changed their armour and weapons (mostly), So there are set locations in the Main vanilla game that have specific enemy types, the areas in-between mostly have the newer types if enemies but they are in set areas too, they don't roam around much, the main difference now in Lost World is the roaming bands of Zombies tend to move around from their set locations and wander into other areas that they are not supposed to be in, therefore now you can go to a location to find an enemy and that enemy has now been wiped out by the zombies before you even got there, I've had that happen 3 times in my Lost World game.

To me i like both games but i do prefer STALKER's atmosphere and gameplay more, I like fallout for it's World and how you can explore and sometimes get lost checking everything out. Also fallout 4 is newer and has some cool features and with the huge modding community you can replicate STALKER in some ways and have a new kind of experience BUT in my opinion stalker is the better survival shooter game it's just older lol.

@@nomxxn ohh gotcha so from what ive seen mods are up to date when the mod pack first comes out but you'll have to update the mods yourself when they get updated individually or when lost world itself gets a new update, For example i just updated to the newest unofficial fallout patch, i disabled the old one and put the new one in the same load order the old one was in.

Right I have an issue where I've had mods on my fallout before and deleted the game but now when I try reinstall it the game is saying it's almost 100gb in size and it's not working properly I don't understand that if I've deleted all of this stuff why steam has made those mods permanent game files that it reinstalls when installing the game, can anyone help with this?

Probably too late, but I guess 100gb are HD textures pack, which are mediocre, don't use them there are better mods.

I would but some mods are "semi private" and they don't want other people that don't have permission to post downloads or the mods themselves but you can still get them from there discord severs, I haven't modded fallout in a long time but they definitely are doing things differently these days.

Not the entire mods list but a lot of mods from it are on consoles as well, i Don't know exactly which ones "i'm not familiar with console modding" but i seen people on console using a good amount of the mods i have.
