Ooh. You've inspired me again. It'd be freaking *awesome* to try to build an entire western-themed settlement. Get a saloon, a general store, jail, inn, town hall, barber surgeon, and maybe a farmstead or something. Could put the settlers in all western-style clothing, dusters and nuka world western gear and such.

If only the game had horses! Bethesda could have done that easily as they already had them in Skyrim. An extra head shouldn't have been a problem - or extra legs... lol

Evil Taco i've built one before the The DLC's came out it was really crappy, DLC's came out and I got everyone armed with a revolver or lever gun end it actually looks pretty cool from my Minutemen build

I built the majority a western town over the past few days, I must say I'll be using this for the staple location in the market, and likely your stalls for the rest. I play on PC with around 150 mods. Your content is still wonderfully helpful.

I think both formats work really well! Your voice overs are great so you're able to do those longer build videos but this also works really well!

I love your video! The proportions are really nice! Warehouse glass wall can make some nice variations to this design. The nice thing about the facades are that you can pop on wires to the back, effectively hiding them while providing power. I may redo my country crossing with this building style in mind. Also this is a great video format. Keep it up!

Great building! I don't mind the sped up, but I've already seen so many builds from you and norespawns and jug and faylen that I know the techniques, it's just seeing what cool configuration you come up with. That said, if it's in real time that's not a deal breaker. Build on!

Definitely building this; dunno what settlement, but I'm definitely building it. That said, that decorating at the end really makes me wish we could get Do It Yourshelf on PS4. OCDecorator's nice, but with the issues actually getting things on shelves, I'm not looking forward to it.

Gonna put out there that when your decorating without mods go back and forth between workshop mode as that allows you to turn items really easily and it usually stands them straight up just making placing items a lot easier. But it won't let you put items everywhere and that's when you need to do it without workshop mode

This is a nice store, and I like the format for a one off type of vid. To the point while still showcasing the building techniques. Can't you place clutter while in the workshop mode though? Seemed to take a lot longer by hand.

Xbox has everything the PS4 has. If you have the Far Harbor dlc then you should have everything I used in this video.

I've been super swamped with the Skyrim SE release. I may (MAY) put one out later this week, if I can manage it. I had this little build video kicking around waiting it's turn, so I thought I share it instead of nothing. In any case, the regular schedule will resume next week.

( I love Skyrim too and by the way, it looks super good on my xbox1 re mastered. I could be happy playing it just like it is even without other mods. )...I will use the mods available to me though. Lol

I have only just started building, so I am basically copying everything you do, as i don't know how to do it on my own lol. Sped up was ok, had to keep going back to re-watch little bits as it was too fast, but wasn't a problem

Like this format much better, keeps the videos shorter and still get the idea across.Also, i think the false wall would look better with half walls instead of full walls but that just me.

I built it with half size walls first, but I didn't think it was tall enough, and thought it being slightly too tall looked better than slightly too short. Ideally a three quarter sized wall would be best, but what can you do? lol.

I was going for a no electricity aesthetic overall. But figured people would add their own decorating touches. Unfortunately we do not have letters to make signs from that are not powered.

3:50 the place anywhere mod would be good for that I use it when I build my settlements or when I try to make things look perfect

@Wasteland Dovahkiin I love this video format! Keep doing it! Also I love video format where you building in real time and talking about what you doing and why you doing. This makes some builds more immersive for me. However, I did hate Q&A when you did it while making build in real time. Don't get me wrong: The Q&A is good thing, but is should not be used inside of the creative process, because creativity is more spiritual thing when Q&A is just listing of facts. When you did real time build of the Vault 88 and included Q&A in it I stopped watch your videos including play-through :( because it made me feel like this: "Okay and now, while we are looking to secure the DIA cache for PAM in the Medford Memorial Hospital... I am going to answer few Q&A questions..." Actually, you did say nothing about Q&A while Shaun and McReady were in the hospital, but that was exactly how I felt. @Wasteland Dovahkiin please, if it possible some how to make separate video format for Q&A and do NOT include it in the builds anymore... like ever... Please...

I can't believe how easy you make loading shelves look, even sped up. I can't get anything to load or stay on shelving, stuff won't fit together or just falls off as soon as I'm out of a room. Sooooo Frustrating.
