Given that Harold has a line where he said that he can see through the other trees, he can probably relieve his boredom if his gift spreads far enough. If it spreada to even the northern parts of the Capital Wasteland, there is enough stuff going on there to watch and not get bored

I've always found Laurel's route to be the best in the grand scheme of things, there's already people like 3 Dog who's been to the Oasis and wastelanders currently looking for the place in game, in a way, an ever growing Oasis would make Harold and the Treeminders harder to find since Oasis is simply getting bigger. On the more practical side of things, wood being a common resource would be of a great benefit to everyone in the wasteland where it can be used to make many things just like IRL. The quest rewards are pretty good too, Linden's Power Armor being easily the best item you could get from the quest if you like having a lot of defense.

That's exactly how I felt as well, I feel like we made the best call. Harold didnt seam to mind to much as well after we told him how much he means to the treeminders he seemed at peace with the decision. Thank you for checking out the video and letting me know what route you took!

But thank you for checking out my video and leaving a comment, honestly comments always make my day even if its criticism because then I know how I can improve.

I appreciate your passion for the Fallout series! Bethesda's contributions have certainly expanded the universe in significant ways. However, it's also interesting to consider the broader scope of the Fallout lore, including elements from the original games developed by Interplay and Black Isle Studios. Every fan has their own interpretation of what makes the Fallout universe special, and discussing these different perspectives can enrich our understanding and enjoyment of the series. Let's keep exploring and appreciating all the diverse stories and themes that Fallout has to offer, regardless of who developed them. But how do you think harolds story would of changed had interplay made fo3?
