Honestly, after over 20 years in the military, and knowing this is mostly a fiction, the thumb thing is total BS, but as for buddy punching out his friend in front of the kid..... NEVER underestimate how quick the mob will turn and social norms get abandoned in a life or death situation. Your best friend might shoot you if they think it will save them or their family. It's sadly realistic to human nature.

Stimpaks are filled with various healing agents and stimulants that allow people to greatly boost their own regenerative healing properties. Basically we all already have the capability to heal our bodies over a long period of time, longer depending on the injury, stimpaks merely quicken the process astronomically so.

The actress that plays Betty Pearson was the blind lady in Deadpool.

Every episode, I found myself going "omg i remember that!" so many exact objects, creatures, and sounds. It's brilliant and breath taking.

The actress for Lucy is also the voice for Jinx on Arcane. That woman has a way of getting to my emotions I swear

The Enclave is the main bad guys in Fallout 2 and is the remnent of the US goverment. It is not a spoiler it is just not explaned in the tv show.

This is my favorite video game adaptation ever. Also one of the best finales I’ve seen! So excited for S2.

A lot of reactor couples have a skewed dynamic where one person is more talkative and assertive, while the other is more submissive and quiet. Your relationship seems equitable and positive. Both of you comment when you feel like it, you ask for (and respect) the other person's opinion, you listen to each other, and your personalities go together so well. While they are at the birthday party, the Vault Tech Rep is knocking our door in Boston... They did not notice because their own photographer was flahing all the time. Now you are young, to those of us growing up during The Cold War that intro is what we feared would happen- every day. But we lived our lives. When I teach my The History of The Cold War classes, I always start by showing them a five minute video of nuclear explosions with eerie music, to make your generation understand what it all was- and what you will have to get used to again with Putoloni's sabre-rattling (though he is too much of a coward to do it).

I didn't watch this for a few days because I thought it was going to suck, but I was pleasantly surprised.

"cousin stuff" is never explicitly stated in the games, but its a bit of a lore/fan/inside joke, about how some vaults had generations of the same group of people, so at some point, everyone WOULD be related to each other lol.

This is one of the best video game adaptations ever! The environments, dark humour and over the top gore are straight out of the games. The story is influenced by - but not directly copied from - multiple Fallout games. This show is great right up until the final shot of the season! Enjoy!

Jumping in the pool would be a very bad idea. Our bodies are mostly msde out of liquid. The blast wave would shred our insides of we were in liquid. Just remember my words if u ever run from a blast in the future in real life. Its the worst thing u can do.

Incorrect. Waves don't transfer energy very effectively between mediums of two very different densities. If the explosion happened in the air, you're safer in the water. If the explosion happened in the water, you're safer in the air. The Mythbusters confirmed this with pressure discs near c4 explosions.

That's if the explosion is starting in the water. You don't want to be in the same medium the explosion starts in.

Every reactor says "Get in the bunker". He and his daughter are doing a paid gig. This is his job, playing cowboy. The bunker at that families house that they probably paid thousands for with supplies calculated for their family have ZERO interest in taking in some random guy you Hired for your kids birthday party. Except their own, there is no bunker for them to go to while on the job.

The use of music is brilliant

I'm almost always putting my skill points into small guns and rifle categories. I never really use melee weapons or big weapons. If I saw a Rock-it Launcher in-game I wouldve probably sold it lol.

I find it strange that vault dwellers aren't pale as ghosts, unless their lighting function as solariums. Also their crops needs sunlight, and insects for pollination. Did the games explain this?

I don't think it is specifically mentioned, but having UV lights would be necessary to grow crops indoors. It would also help keep people healthy, via vitamin D production.

The only thing that they missed was a bloatfly n Yaoi Guyi n super mutant…

@@paulf2557 Yeah, I haven't seen much commentary about this show or about Dane from the kind of people who complain about "wokeness" in media. I think what most of them object to is pushiness or preachiness, rather than the kind of matter-of-fact way Dane is introduced here.

Cautiously optimistic why aren't ya like that with anything disney star wars bc ya both know those recently have been sucking lately but ya don't care you shill for it.
