The second I used the down special and saw the cooldown for thw trap pops up I knew someone would get a kill with it, now that I know that its possible I need to learn this skill!

Slowly adjust to getting accustomed to using his things. it will come naturally so i wouldn't focus on it too hard... there's a time and place for things. if you rewatch footage of yourself you'll find different ways of dealing with certain situations. but like i said before just don't bang your head over it too hard.

You think this new trap tech is worth trading the parry for the gravity cancel? Or at least for certain match ups?

prob not... it would need more competitive development and its kinda risky against some characters. it is a pretty good stalling move tho you go high in the blast zone do the tech and just fall with the trap for protection. Just try not to get hit by attacks with no hurtbox. its pretty good for clips tho and relatively easy to hit

I hope they keep this in the game lol

What do u think about the fact that the gale is slower than before ? Personaly i don t like, combo are looking very difficult with t&j

yeah tnj mains are struggling in 1v1s i miss old beta... i at least had decent movement and dodges to avoid getting killed. now that thats taken away i find myself struggling to win against even intermediate players now

@@MVS_Kevrainpain There is a "loop" with paddle and jab but it's escapable with DI, it's not as destructive as the loops of the beta though

@@MVS_Kevrainpain okay I got some info that might help in case you didnt know: Apparently paddle is cancellable, but only after four hits. You can do paddle 4x into slingshot and loop it, or go for up special/side air. Hope this helps you cook! Cuz you deffo need close-to-dearh-combos to keep up xd
