Well it seems like they didn't play anything from TTTYG at this show... also, when is the last time they played any of their EP/singles songs like something from Pax Am or ANY of the extra songs from their compilation albums? Holy shit I love the way Patrick sings This Ain’t A Scene here, there’s an element of funk in it, and the ad libs on “so intricate” really elevate it. Normally it’s one of those songs which I listen to and enjoy but don’t pay as much attention as some, but it’s so much more vital here. Also!! At 28:44 the low note on “amnesia” is inSANE, honestly, almost operatic! The resonance! My favourite musicians of all time, truly.
Andy is so cute! Lol Patrick flubs the piano just a little bit and Andy just smiles and shrugs ❤️ love that they have fun on stage!
This is the greatest vocal performance I've heard from Stump in ages!! 13:52 one second of double bass from by Andy! 15:04 wrong piano note which Stump laughed off well haha 18:00 incredible low vocals 25:30 spinny boi Pete
