Get lots of books @ local public library BOOK SALES--many times only $.25 each or less! Large SIZE VARIETY as well!!

I never would have thought of turning the "L" over either to make the "F".Love your projects.

This has to be my absolute favorite lantern EVER!!!

You literally just saved me nearly 70 dollars on making centerpieces for a wedding! I was buying all the wood pieces for the sides at Lowe's for 7.30 a pop and barely getting 1 full lantern out of it! I cant WAIT to hit up my DT and grab some of these things to get started!

Yay! So glad to hear that! What type of wood were you buying from Lowe's? The square wood dowels? ... Depending on the size of your lanterns you may want to look into home depot's 8ft long strips that are only 98 CENTS each! I don't have the link on hand but I use the wood & the link in my Trash to Treasure video from last month ❤ Much love to you & good luck on decorating! -Megan

Great reuse of product, especially the F. Your cotton pickin’ wreath is really cute. I’m planning to use book covers for Eye of Newt, Tongue of 🐸 for Halloween. After seeing your Harvest Blessings books, I think I’ll cover the books with a paper bag or brown craft paper. Wood glue is great. Using the wood blocks on th lantern really gives it a higher end look. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🤗💙

Hi girl, my name is Mary, I’m loving all the diys . I’m also a 49 year veteran of the Big D fan club. GO DALLAS! Just wanted to remind everyone that the larger round jars from DT are also free to you if you use spaghetti sauce. I also saw a 15 ounce tin can at Michael’s yesterday for $3.99. I just laughed and thought of all the money my mom could have made feeding a family of 12 then selling the cans. What a joke. Save your cans!

As always, I love them all! I love burlap, banners, cotton, wreaths, bowl or jar fillers, and lanterns! So, I loved this video! Oh and the farmhouse books! Your cotton wreath is so pretty, I love how the stems stick out around the wreath form. Very pretty! I’m so glad you did that because I really didn’t know how to make a cotton wreath. Love your lantern because it inexpensive, very cute, and you use items that i actually have on hand in my stash, but, if I didn’t, they aren’t hard pieces to find. Thank you for that! I’m really digging your rusty tins, or whatever you call them. Thanks for sharing! See ya next time 😊💜

Dang! I hate that 😥 When I found the blocks in my DT they were on a bottom shelf hard to see. The boxes are easy to miss because they are only about 4 inches tall! Good luck finding them friend ❤❤❤ -Megan
