Great timing! I was trying to fall back asleep when my baby did right when this released. Of course I fell asleep in about 25 minutes and baby woke 30 minutes later but better than nothing! And even without sleep it’s so calming. ❤

This helped me fall back to sleep after some nightmares....I am going through therapy and doing EMDR and it's causing nightmares. Iwonder is that good, or bad?? Do you have any thoughts?
