Hey I found you thanks to Joanna Jinton! I've been going through a difficult time due to a lot of stress over the last few weeks and your podcast helps me a lot to fall asleep... And on top of that, i've been experiencing some annoying and unpleasant tinnitus overnight, so when i turn on your podcast, i focus on your voice and not my tinnitus... !
