Check out a song called "Weightless" by Marconi Union. I discovered it over a decade ago and I haven't skipped a night without it. It supposed to be the most relaxing music ever recorded (from a scientific standpoint, anyway). People have even warned against listening to it while driving.

I thought dreaming is a good thing? It shows you are in rem(deep sleep). Giving your body the maximum potential to get rest. I'm sure you dream sometimes listening to this. But I do know what you mean about feeling like you haven't dreamt at all. With those nights, it's just we don't remember our dreams. But they are still happening. Anyways, I wish all my insomniac people and non insomniac people a good night sleep and happy dreams.

Great vid...very soothing , calming , relaxing. By time I usually put you on I'm out within 5 - 6 minutes. Rain doesn't sound like static and a decent amount of thunder. Hi Edy, I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed this one. Absolutely wonderful, just a little story I sleep with two French bulldogs one just had some surgery. I tried to go to sleep without one of my videos playing sound videos I meant to say to be quiet for her. She tossed and turned and tossed and turned so I put on my sound video of yours this one in particular and it was no time she curled up beside me and went to sleep. First off I really love this, I have always had a hard time sleeping since I work nights. Curious though, I have been using this for awhile now and I just noticed if I turn my phone to the side, I can faintly see rain drops? Anyone else? Or am I dreaming lol

Started listening to this a week ago it really does help you sleep.but a really good sleep aswell and when I wake up iam so relaxed and ready for a good day at work thank you don't know how I never found this ages ago
