Fall Asleep Fast | Black Screen Wood Soup ASMR | No Talking

Ойын-сауық

This 8-hour video fades to black over 5 minutes so you have time to get situated and comfortable. Headphones on for maximum binaural sounds. No talking.
Wood Soup ASMR:
I make calming wood and water triggers to help you rest and relax, or focus and get through your workday by drowning out noises that can distract and irritate. ASMR is known to help calm anxiety, relieve insomnia, depression, PTSD, help ADHD, autism, tinnitus, and even curb migraines. My goal is to trigger intense ASMR tingles by allowing the unique characteristics of the wood and bead sounds to be enjoyed, and to keep them as clean and minimally produced as possible, so I will never use echo or other audio effects. In some videos, ambient music and/or rain & thunder may be added for a layered option.

What is ASMR?
It stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and it is the positive psychological and physical sensations you feel from certain triggers. Triggers can be things like light touch, hair brushing, watching someone create art, listening to someone whisper, or crinkling or tapping sounds. There are a great number of benefits to ASMR, such as helping PTSD & anxiety, easing insomnia & depression, and promoting feelings of general well-being & positivity.

Just be careful when you do that. If it's charging it's a massive dangerous situation. I've seen many people's houses on fire because their phones over heated while charging under their pillow.

@@Yolonda990 A better workflow is a raspberry pi with a pair of cheaper PC speakers depending on how much you want to spend. I like to rip the files and have them local, then configure the pi to loop it and write a startup script to start playing automatically on boot. Now you can take it with you when you travel, plug it in at the hotel and it just starts working. You only need to go in and change it if you want to swap out the audio file. It does take some technical know how to do a setup like this but it gives you more freedom and won't burn the house down lol.

Strongest and most long-lasting tingles, with a fade-out to black for sleep... Thank you SO MUCH! This triggers so much ASMR in me that it practically fixes any muscle cramps around my neck, shoulders, etc. and makes me sleep. Playing it every night now

Ive always wondered what you do while stirring, like do you just sit there are stir for eight hours?? do you loop the audio? do you watch a show or youtube or something lmfao i always try to sleep but end up wondering about the process

I have to stop and start a lot - sometimes. So that’s where editing out noise and such later comes in. But it’s very meditative for me when I do get to stir for a long period of time without any interruptions. I have LITERALLY nodded off before, while recording. 😂
