Absolutely beautiful film!! Question: if a falconry bird is on ground with quarry and sees an eagle approaching, will the falcon leave quarry and attempt to flee?

Yes it will leave if it see the eagle in time.

Are there strict laws with quarantine procedures associated with bringing a falconry bird across the US-Canadian border? Did the Canadians use your birds?
