My dad graduated college in the mid 80s and he was way in to the new wave. He taught me a lot and I keep it going bringing more stuff to him when I discover it. Some things are new to him, most he already knows. He turns 60 this year, I can't believe it. It seems such a short time ago I was picking on him for turning 40. God bless you and your generation.

I was stationed in Frankfurt Germany back in the 80s. Falco was on the charts. The best three years of my life.

Garry Iglesias it’s not an argument, geez! Relax dude! Many people feel the same way as Alex included myself And lived thru the 80’s. He definitely was ahead of his time.

I went to Spain in 1983 for a class trip and this song was played in every disco we went into over there. Brings back great memories every time I hear this version ( not the ATF one ). The DJ's used to say stuff in Spanish over the mic while this song was blaring. I was 16 and had a beer in my hand and it was legal. What a blast that trip was.

My teacher showed me this in my German class, and how he and his friends used to laugh when they saw this on MTV. Its a great song.
