His counter picks got buffed ( Akali, Rene, Liss, etc. ), his build is in a questionable position as Stridebreaker isn't even close to be as good as Immortal Pre-Rework/Galeforce were for Yas, and armor items ( mainly Randuin ) were heavily buffed.

Scales nicely,high mobility , high burst damage, melee champ synergies with other champs, okay self peel (e) team play she is much more effective than solo kill due to mitigation of some of her weaknesses

Buy race horse, name it Hecarim or Kled’R . Stack them, become infamous
