I wouldn’t call the left one entirely fake.... that packaging was when it first came out in 2012, the carton has now been changed to the current one to your right....

@Ceeceedoll I agree with you. I used to be a VIP customer with Lancome and was invited to sample stock/purchase a bottle before anyone really knew anything about this fragrance. I distinctly remember my bottle having a hollow top. The format of the box for the fake has been used for other Lancome fragrances as well, depending on the market it is being sold in.

That is exactly what I was saying!!!! Because I bought the one on the left 8 years ago from the Lancôme counter. Now this is the new packaging and they have even changed it again to a paper wrap around the bottle like a sleeve, as opposed to a box for more environmental sustainability

I make it a rule NEVER to purchase fragrances for someone else. It’s too personal and everyone has their own unique taste. Anytime Iv ever been gifted a fragrance by someone else I was desperate to find a way to return it. You just can’t predict someone else’s unique taste in perfume.

Buying parfume for a special person can be a hit or miss but I get someone to ask her what fragrance she likes and I got a shock the same La Vie Est Belle I picked out before hand was one of her favorite fragrances 😁 I was accurate even before asking.😊

I feel ya. I also got mine from Amazon, but made sure it was "ships from" and "sold by" Amazon rather than from 3rd party sellers. One thing I noticed thou from Authentic is the spritzer's wick/tube whatever you call it. It is very transparent I can't see it unless I check harder, which is the same on this video (see 7:42)

Sigur te confrunti cu un parfum fake... Cuvantul PARIS trebuia sa fie pe cutie, iar numarul de serie de pe cutia pargumului (gravat) trebuie sa fie identic cu cea de sticla parfumului

They even do it on bottles that seem very hard to duplicate. Like that high heel shoe bottle! It’s crazy. I only buy from department stores for this very reason. I wait for sales and use Rakuten.

@@FakeCip she was mentioning that you didn’t show the hose inside the bottle. There is also a difference in that part of the fake and new one. Does the hose have to touch to the bottom of the bottle? Cause I see it in all originals but I don’t see it in my tester. It is a delicate hose but it doesn’t touch all the way to the bottom.
