I wouldn't buy current Pandora beads online when I could just get them in the store but I would consider getting retired Pandora beads. I have seen for example (not Pandora) but other fake jewelry such as Tiffany & Co. at the flea market that have the stamps and markings 925 down to every detail but they were not real. They looked very nice, shiny and new but they were not real (they cost 10 dollars) but fakes can look very convincing. I guess no matter what, it's buy at your own risk.

I was saying when you buy it now it will have and it's hard to find from 2008 only in some stores that don't have a large turn around but it's rare. We never had older charms or bracelets at all. Thanks for the ideas and for watching :)

yes there are that are imitating but you can spot if it's a Pandora one. There are 925 stamps on the other silver beads for sure. Yes if you don't mind fake or not then it doesn't matter, as long as you like it.

One thing is wrong: I have two original bracelets from Pandora stores, which don't have the crown next to the "O" on the clasp. I purchased them 2009 and 2010 or so. So I guess the crown was added later.

Hello sorry for the late response is the barrel clasp on your Pandora bracelet elongated meaning longer than the Pandora bracelet barrel that's out now if so that's the older bracelet

Hi, would the authentic Pandora barrel clasp bracelets have a stamping that would say P2 S925 ALE or just S925 ALE? I have the same exact bracelets except one had a “P2” before the S925. Thanks. Looking forward to hear from you.

hi, i would like to know if the authentic Pandora bracelet has a clasp that attracts magnet (perhaps due to rhodium plating or something).. Cause mine does and i am afraid that it is a fake, even though everything seems good eg. the oxidised and S925 ALE markings on the inside of the clasp :( also my Round clips (790267) gets slightly attracted to the magnet too, but it has an oxidised threaded core.. so i am not sure :( Please help? Thank you!!

Yes, if you want to know 100% real that's the best idea, but for retired ones it's harder as they are not always available. I do know that some people who travel the world they can find even older retired ones in some stores. I did :)

Hi, I have just purchased a Pandora bracelet from an Eaby seller who seems to be very repuiatble and sells hundreds of them each month. I paid $63 for a silver one. It does look authentic. However, when I try a magnetic test, one half of the clasp attracts the magent - there's a metal piece that holds the clasp together on the inside. I assume it's not made of silver. Is it normal for a Pandora silver braclet? Thanks.

What is your reply for many of Pandora charms no having Logo nor ALE? My daughter and niece have tongs of Pandora charms purchased at Authentic Pandora locations and salesperson say : " many do not come with Logo nor Ale. I would like your reply. If authentic store is selling items with no Logo and no ALE. ... are they for real Pandoras? Believe me they have been purchased on big store malls. If this is not the case I would not be inquiring. Would appreciate your explanation and expertise.

Yes I completely agree with you. It is at your own risk. But I went to a flea market in Palm Desert and saw a Pandora stand with a girl, thought it was fake, but turn out it was my old stores daughter in law selling their overstock :) fun. I am actually selling my Black Friday charm 2011, new never used in the original box with certificate of authenticity if you want it. Let me know.

Hmmm... may be try going to the store and talking to someone who knows Pandora to identify if it's real. it's pretty easy to see if it is as most fakes can't really be identical and will have some differences for sure.

Very informative , I will only buy from pandora stores because of a bad experience with a fake on eBay .
