@@tfresh605 1. The flash was the wrong shade of yellow 2. Switching it on, the startup and the entire interface of the phone was similar to the original Samsung one but it just wasn't the same. 3. The screen as well looked more like plastic than the glass screen of the Samsung phones Also I had the 2 phones side by side so it was easy to see that something was wrong with it

Great video bro. I just want to clarify the Long boot time on the original one (4:55), If your Android is newly open from the box and it's the first time to be setup, it normally takes time, just like iPhones, but the second time you open it it will be in Beast Mode fast since it no longer needs to setup itself.

You didn't show the variable aperture of the cameras though.

Knock offs honestly look just add good as the real ones, you'll never know if someone has a fake one unless you put it side by side with a real one..

I used to buy and sell phones locally using gumtree/Craigslist, if your gonna buy a phone like this, you should ask questions before you go to view...E.g is it fully working? Are there any problems with it at all?...Say you'll have to do a quick diagnostic test before buying too...if it's fake and they know it, chances are that will put them off and you won't get a text back lol

Reason why the always on display on the fake looks bluish is because it's using LCD amoled makes dark colours really dark and crisp looking, LCD is well just LCD

Thanks for this video. I was able to remove about 12 listings from my ebay watchlist from your information. I finally found 2 that seem to be legit and actually purchased an S9 that has lived in a Otterbox since it was new, has all of the original accessories and the original box. I know it's an older phone, but I'm just stepping into the Android world (my trusty HTC One M8 Windows phone is finally being retired) and the S9 had the specs I was looking for at the top end of my limited budget. I couldn't find a real S9+ in my price range so the S9 will do. Thanks again!

@@nikmarkwell My HTC One is not "Laggy" at all (except using Internet Explorer). It's just that the speakers have stated vibrating and its reallly getting hard to hear during calls. I still have it running because there are several apps that there is no repacement for in the Play store and the battery still goes for over 8 days on a charge. It will remain on and available to use on 5G wi-fi for as long as it lasts. For the first couple of weeks, I hated the Android stuff and the phone due to the fact that it wasn't a WindowsPhone, that just does what you need it to when you need it. I couldn't get anything, or very little, done with it, didn't know what this or that notificaton sound was even for, and every app seemed to think that their notifations were the most important thing on the planet (KZread, for instance), and most every app thought they needed way more acces than they actually required. I now understand why you see people always with their faces stuck in their Android phones. They are still trying to figure out how to get to whatever setting it is that they need and how to get it to do what you want. . maybe. I did put in the Microsoft Launcher, Edge, Outlook, Onedrive and a few of the other Office apps, made a few changes, disabled as much of Google as I could, and now the phone is much more tolerable, as close to a WindowsPhone as I can in operation. It's actually working out pretty good. And the one thing that I really like, that the WindowsPhone never had, is the "Devic Care" app and the ability to clean up the memory. I expect that this phone may actually last as long as the HtC One, and is really pretty fast. The battery life is the one drawback. I might be able to get three days but it's no where near as good at the HTC. Thanks again for the video. Take care!

@@tinkerscorner54 i didnt make the video. Yeah the HTC one was pretty awesome but hasnt made any top of the line phones like it since. I switched to the Samsung s9 plus a few years back. Think youll end up seeing it as an upgrade. Im looking for an upgrade to the s9 plus today, but still dont think its worth any money to upgrade yet. Ive been using windows phone since before the iphone, but windows is gone on mobile. Android is pretty nice once you get the hang of it.

Some people make a big deal and inspect a lot on this fake phones especially that they knew what they were buying, it's just a phone if you can hear music get on the internet watch movies and talk on the phone/ text and also have a GPS then that's fine with me I'm not really all into the extra stuff. I'm not a phone freak but yes good video if people are going to be nagging about this phone it's best for them to get either the real one which would be dumb to spend almost $1,000 for a smartphone or just get the older brand versions like I said nice video

Jesus Alvarez I use the clone with AT&T and put a 64gb micro sd card in it. The phone works pretty snappy sometimes. The only thing is when you get a lot of notifications at once it lags so you have to clear notifications. And you can’t have that many apps running in the back so I close them with the multitasker always. I also downloaded a ram cleaner from the play store and that really helps. The camera is ok (the model I got has a 8mp back and 2mp front) it’s not the best but it’s like budget phone quality. Also the version I got has a finger print scanner and a small chin. It fits in real s9 cases and it’s a good second phone overall. Sorry for typing so much hope this helps

Jesus Alvarez the glass is curved on the side, but not the lcd. So it looks like curved edges but it’s jut the glass over the screen that’s curved instead of the screen being curved

search the playstore for "antutu app" and run it on your phone. if you get score above 120,000 then its original. but due to the writing at the bottom its likely fake.
