Excellent and entertaining as always. Over the years, I have been leaning towards thin shirts too. I highly recommend trying on a Bamboo fabric shirt. Super cooling naturally, and anti microbial. Hemp shirts are alright too, for the same reasons. Cheers.

Today's GUDDAY broke the Richter Scale of guddays. Echoed like buggery through the whole complex. I guess you have to allow for indoor guddays and the resultant echo. Good workout on the pad there. It's been a while since the Muay Thai training you did in Thailand, what about a couple of months now. Yes buddy 50 ringgit is just under 10 quid - just checked the currency convertor. Another great vid. Fake or not the quality of that gear looked pretty good and cheap for sure. The only problem is being a digital creator you don't want to be lugging mountains of gear everywhere having just sent the last lot back to the UK. As always thanks for the vid and auvoir buddy :)
