The pod ones suck. Im using one of the larger ones to put a indoor csmera outdoors

Installed it myself without any issues. The wifi signal is great even kzread.infoUgkxE_D_sddGAdiVUKp7PkkmyxO7bRtgqmk5 when the router is located far away. I really enjoy the night vision feature that allows me to see clearly any activity near our house (mostly cars and wild animals). The motion detection is helpful to me as well to monitor what happens on our front.

I has the last one bought for €8,-. That's not really cheap and arround $9,-. But my intension is to build a ESP32-CAM with OV2640 in this house and a IR led in the place of the right flashing led. The ESP32-CAM is also arround the $9,- but then you have a real camera without case. And off course not the quality of hightech camera's. :)

If they are fake it say CCD on side them if not could be real but no one allow to record your house they can get in trouble for that !

Best way to find out if it's a 'Sexton Blake' (ie fake) camera, and there's a female living in your neighbour's house, is to sneak out very quietly, naked, in the middle of the night when you believe the occupant(s) asleep in bed, and then, within view of the 'camera', dance around wiggling your penis towards it. If later in the day you get a dozen police officers kicking your door in, you'll then know it's a real camera! 🫣
