I was a GR member in Washington and there are so many clubs in that territory it's just smarter to not take chances

I'm just glad the Hell's Angels took legal action before more of those jackets were sold, and hopefully those who did bought it realize the dangers of wearing it.

Pretty sure that cheap knockoff company Wish in China still sells those patch sets. I saw a popup ad on facebook from them with about 6 different 1% club sets. I have no fucking idea why someone would ever buy them.

#Ghostin Great information… My dad was a member of The Enforcers Boston chapter and he passed away…his vest is shadow boxed in the clubhouse, I do have his long sleeve club shirt with the MC on the back which I do wear as well as a patch honoring him on my vest. I’m not a member and I did offer to return the shirt because I was not a member, I was given permission to keep it and wear it. But I did out of respect go to the club and try to return it first.

I'm also a metal head. Not affiliated in any way with an MC. I don't think it would be an issue unless it resembles colors. Battle vests with patches are really common in the metal community. I haven't personally seen any issues and I'm only talking from my own experience so don't take me as full facts.

I never had issues, although my vest only has one big square backpatch. All depends on your location though, really. Some MCs are more tolerant than others of...everything. But every member of an MC i've ever met in my area has been chill. They don't bother with anything that doesn't directly effect them in some way. Why draw the heat unless it's worth it? A vest with metal band patches or some random single backpatch that's just something you like is nothing that concerns them usually....Again, In my experience in my area. Yours may be completely different. *ALWAYS be sure that the patch you choose if it's not music related does not resemble any MC patch or contain anything that is part of any MC patches. For example, anything with angel wings and a skull, no matter how it's designed, would be stupid to wear and would get shut down by a certain big four club instantly. If you are unsure, ask!*

I’m an 81 supporter. NOT a club member and even my support gear is purchased directly from the club. Why anyone would by counterfeit shit is beyond me. The point being,, I wouldn’t even buy support gear online. People think they’re cool buying shit and they’ve never even met a club member and have no idea about the life and culture.

@@dustoffmedic71 Amen dude, I too am an 81 supporter, but i live in Texas NOT 81 friendly if ya know what I mean.... have a couple guys i know in the 81 red and white i buy a couple calendars a year from them one for home one for work ... send some cash in for drives and funds and shit but as much as I would soooo love to actually wear a support the Hells Angels id be a dead man if ever i were caught with it on down here well maybe not but i guess its more of a respect issue I know the dominate MC down here and know that the 81 doesnt not have any chapters here and even though I think the dominate club is an inferior club compared to the HA at the end of the day I respect the culture more than I do any one club and I just wont cross that line its kind of like drinking and hanging with the bossman thats just a fucking NO NO a line you dont cross !!

Nothing wrong with wearing a SOA T-shirt, jacket or whatever. Any member of a 1% MC will know that you’re just a fan of the show and not trying to rip anyone off.

Im an indepenent rider at the moment but i still consider myself as a 1%. The only diamond i wear is a custom orderd ring. Ive never been a show of, but im also determined to support my beliefs if necessary . Furthermore i have a good relationship with my local Hells Angels charter, i respect the guys and i assure you they aint got no problems with me. I believe you dont have to be in a club in order to be a 1% but you better be ready to stand up for your self and support it, otherwise you get what you asked for.... It goes without saying that any clown wearing club colors without beeing a member is looking for trouble and his propably going to get it. Respect is of greatest importance. This happened in Austin Texas, 2006. A man named Anthony Benesh was shot dead in front of his family. He was wearing a 81 patch without 81's blessings. He did go to California and asked if he can start a chapter in Texas. But 81 said no because it's Bandidos territory. He nonetheless still rode around Austin with his HellsAngels patch he didn't earn. Bandidos told him not to be riding with the 81 patch and warned him. Long story short, he's dead. You can find the story on line, "Why did Anthony Benesh get shot" or " Who shot Anthony Benesh".

I once known a guy who claimed to be in a 1% MC but all his info about the club and what bike he was riding didn’t match up. I pulled far away from him told him if he keeps up the lies he will get hurt still claiming he wasn’t lying. All this fake club bs and look alike club bs has to stop sooner or later someone going to get really hurt. When did him and drake make peace they got into a big fight years back. With chris brown in the news for hitting his then girlfriend how could they not know who he is.

You shouldn't catch any issues wearing military patches you earned. I'm a vet and if I see someone in military patches I just like to see if they earned those patches, for example dont rock airborne tabs if you arent airborne.

also before watching your videos I've watched a few other videos on 1%ers and I find them very interesting to watch as I find them as a way to teach people to NOT mess with them. so thank you for making these videos to put some more insight on the 1%ers

I’ve seen when several club members literally rips the cuts off a rival club members (2) and then follows it up with a brutal beating. I can only imagine what would happen if someone is caught wearing a knock off of said club by said members.....it would be the worst nightmare for the individual wearing the knock off. Not good sense trying to be a tough guy portraying to be something you’re not. You’ll definitely find out that you’re not a tough guy by the real deal.

Respect from the UK. I've been around 1% ers in Australia all my life, now living in England. Rules are rules , and some people just don't get it. I've also been around the soccer hooligan culture, and it's a very similar connection with MC's. There are rules, and they must be adhered to.

I'm Lonewolf and I know for a fact wearing a diamond on my vest will have some serious consequences behind it. Ppl need to know that this is not no fashion statement, it's real life, wearing that jacket will and can get ppl hurt real bad or even worse like dead. Spreading this word out is the smart and right thing to do before things get ugly out in the streets. Ok so I will be the outsider here and go against the grain of the majority of the comments. 1. The last thing any MC needs is a group of white guys going around harassing young black men for wearing a jacket with wicked looking patches. ex: KKK 2. Its a mirror image of the 81 layout and let the HA deal with it in court. Like they did previously. 3. This BS about wearing patches and or colors one has not earned is only acceptable when it is said club colors or COC. 4. Annoverwhelking majority no if the MC out in the scene are suffering from Gray Beard syndrome with dates concepts. 5. It's not just the wearer of the jacket that needs to be careful, it's also the ones approaching the wearer. Bet, there will be an LEMC group out there that buys that jacket and wears it on the scene. On a side note, I have been involved in a last ride for a brother who died. Believe it or not but I was driving my car in a whole group of Harleys and I was the only one who was aloud to park in the cemetery with my car and all the Harleys. Everyone else who was not in the club and driving a car had to park on the street. I'm DEFINITELY NOT BRAGGING OR ANYTHING. I'm just saying this is how much the members respected and loved me. They are my family and they looked out for me and basically raised me cause they found out that I grew up on the streets of Seattle since I was 10 years old.

You have to be crazy to wear that jacket.

#ghostin. Guys really gotta stop doing this. Ain't worth it. Real easy to talk big, but think about how that would go if you get rolled up on by 6-7 HA while you're with your wife, or even your kids. Aint worth it, be smart.

Joe Public has no idea what anything is or means, you say ‘Diamond’ he has no clue, he see’s HD Merch with the Willy G skull and Harley Davidson rockers that look like club colours but without the MC: here in Oz before all the consorting laws and etc bs started it was advised to not wear rockers regardless, it’s still not acceptable especially with MC... MCC used to be ok as it designates a registered social club but still a sore point with some.. The Harley merch mentioned only became available here after the association laws came into power as the cops come down hard just for wearing your colours now so you rarely see any which sucks for everyone, it’s so obvious that HD are taking advantage where once they tried to distance themselves (all about the money and nothing else) Not so long ago even a simple skull on your back without rockers was asking for strife. Have helped restart a few clubs over the years (the right way) but declined membership as well as asked to nom by two of the biggies and same: club life suits some but not all. I say IFFI, you don’t have to be a patch member to be a 1%er.

People got to wake up! 1st 81 will sue just like they did Jeezy. 2nd stuff like this is to entice violent behavior to bring heat to your club or more heat to the set as a whole. Please as much as it sucks this stinks of RICO. These moves are being made to bold to be mistakes.

Hey man I'm new, 16 and about to get an auto collision shop job to buy a bike (preferably a Harley) I'm glad to be on-board and I love your intro! There isn't many clubs in Ohio from what I'm looking at, but can you make a video about guest-riding with 99%ers v.s guest riding with 1%ers just for the small chance I might happen to come across either one? @@DemonsRow Yeah pretty much, but the scenario I'm looking at is if you see an M.C (1%er or 99%er) group riding and you'd wish to ride along with them, would the riding experience defer on what kind of group they are? (For an ex. somebody told me that 1%ers tend to ride more aggressive than 99%ers.) Sorry if you can't understand what I'm trying to say, lol.

Coming from two fronts here, first I owned my own manufacturing company, I was in the garment industry, If you had kids back then, if you bought school uniforms from Nordstrom department store, I or my company made them, boys and girls, and you are correct this is what we call in the industry a knock off, usually you steal a design from another designer, and it's done more than not, you change it up somewhat, there has to be a 20% difference in design, to say it's not a complete knock off , I dont see that much of a difference at all, i think they would loose in a patent infringement law suit, maybe for all the publicity he's gotten since doing this? These hollywood egos hate not being talked about, who knows why he did it, most likely someone approached him, and is just paying Brown to use his name? Who knows, and on a second front, I'm a green and black lover, so obviously dont get along with red and white, but this would piss me off to see, while we have our family issues within the MC community, this is like an outsider shitting on the hole community, while clubs take issue with each other, I still know the sweat, blood, fear and determination it took for every patch holder, to earn that patch, no matter the color. I think you'll get blowback from any diamond club out there, that sees someone in this. And you know this jacket is going to retail for upward of 500 to 1000 bucks. So most likely the average person caught wearing this, is going to have never even heard of a protocol or a bylaw before. Peace out, another good Show, when you doing an on location show from beautiful California, you could do a week of shows live, on all the sun and fun places to ride out here in cali, hell from all over the country for that fact, be safe!!

All of us that have been around the scene for a while stopped wearing them for various reasons. The new guys who find them on eBay we tell them not to wear them and if they do they do at their own risk. They know the risk and it’s their bad if something happens

All machine made. All 81 Center pieces and Rockers are made in the same factory (Owned by a club member) for the whole world, That is why its so easy to spot fakes. The cheap shit coming from the far east doens't even look close when you see it side by side with a real set.
