This is incredible because I’m talking with some one thousands of miles apart as well that is religious as well were just friends for now but we are the same in so many ways it’s incredible and amazing but I know if it is gods will it will be but only if it is his will god is good and amazing and i love him immensely for all that he does for me on a daily basis when god puts a desire in your heart that’s what is meant for you and he will bless you with that desire one day I will wait patiently and give all my time to him and only him because god is good and what is for us will not surpass us... 9:35 "When you wait for something a long time, you appreciate it that much more when you get it" Am I the only person who feels that waiting takes away most of the joy of finally having something? When I have to wait a long time for something, when I finally get it I am no longer able to appreciate it and enjoy it properly, it becomes unimportant and almost void of any meaning. I might as well not have it all. However, if I get something straight away or with a minimal amount of waiting, it's pure bliss. When things are easy, nice and without suffering to get there, I am able to enjoy them fully. I just wanted to know if someone else feels the way I do.

Well unfortunately I understand what your feeling. I agree, sometimes waiting does take the joy away..but we just have to ask God to renew our view on waiting. I'm in both places, crying over disappointment but knowing GOD IS GOOD AND GOD IS RIGHT.

So if I'm preparing i'm not concentrating on the time that is passing because i'm more focused on becoming ready for my desire. This is usually why the wait is necessary to prepare us for what we seek.

@@growingingrace3341 I understand, but there are things you can no longer have when you have to wait too long for them, and there are things which no longer bring you joy because you waited for so long that what you wanted has changed. I don't believe it is God's will to have us dragging ourselves through life always waiting for what never seems to come, until we start wanting something else that doesn't come either... Most people have at least one or two things they truly desire in life and then are contented waiting for other things to come, but when you have zero for decades it's really hard. I know that with God all things are possible, but I've never heard or read about Him turning back time. I have understood the importance of time from a very young age, but most people don't really care about it. God's timing may seem unkind to some, but I'll take it any day because even if I don't like it, I know it's the best for me

@@heliaalves9062 I understand this one. Waiting can change our hearts for the worse and make us sick. It can also turn us to despise what we are waiting for. That is probably why we need to keep our effort, time and energy on Jesus first and foremost while still praying about what we are waiting for and doing what we can to prepare, but all while our attentions fixed on Him. I have waited for 16 years now for a spouse and it has been the rockiest ride. I trust God can heal whatever has gone sour and that He will lead my steps into what will bring life and fulfillment.

She said it well: "Life is hard, marriage should be . . an oasis." That is likely one of the reasons why God created it. The man and woman complement and compensate for each other's unique strengths and weaknesses.

Just a note on word choice: guilt is healthy, and guilt is important. *Shame* is bad. Guilt is “I did a bad thing.” Shame is “I am bad.”

I happen to come across this video I had fallen asleep I was watching something else actually not related to this but before I had fell asleep I was thinking about guilt and all that goes with going through a divorce and all the negative stuff one hears u can't remarry while your the spouse u were married is still alive or etc. I know I made a mistake a bad decision 8 years ago whole time I was in guilt my marriage took me out of the will of God and I thought I was doomed to be single rest of my life cuz myarriage not work I did all I could my x wife committed adultery etc but waking up this honestly was a blessing and was the Lord confirming to me he does one day have that special wife for me. In meantime I wait on the Lord and seek his kingdom and all his righteousness first. God bless Also wanted to say congratulations to the couple awesome Story in very happy for both of u.. I speak shalom in your show in Jesus name! I don't know how to start, but certainly I am blessed right now. No wonder the Lord is more than amazing to lead us to His plans. I had no idea about your show. I've been struggling falling asleep every night, and it was like hell to describe. I don't know why, but as I've been hearing throughout the video, "buy not the lie." In short, I turned my mobile data on, and went in youtube. And guess what, your show caught my heart. And I would say, I was not disappointed. Just to give an overview of myself, I am in the midst of my season of breakthru, and I must say, it is not easy. It does hurt in my bones. I've been in preparatiom for God's another promotion in my life, my marriage life. Thus, I am in the midst of shaking to fit for it. But I believe in my heart, it is worth it. Praise God to, Sir Vincent for your prayer declaration. And I received it. Partly, though I am of different situation, I kinda feel I would never be worth for any woman, that I never deserve anyone because of my past. It is something I've been given up to God. For I want to be free and whole even before I meet my sister wife. While for Ms. Jessica, I felt related to pray for my wife to be. Nicole Lewis well I don't know his story I know mine and in the beginning of my new walk in was a babe in Christ I got married to a woman I thought was Christian I made the terrible mistake of not guarding my heart and it deceived me I got married to this lady make long story short but I fell out of the will of the Lord became damaged by this woman although I did all I could in my end but she was abusive, all around committed adultery after getting separation I seeked the Lord on what to do and he showed me my x wife had spirit of Jezebel and other spirits at work and after trying to get counsel and went through seeking help she never repented the Lord showed me to go through divorce and I did. I even tho a desire of my heart to be married and have my own familia and children I have put in the lord his hands. I won't do anything I actually didn't want t0 get married again after the horrible damaging marriage relationship I went through but the Lord Jesus changed my heart I know in time he does have someone for me. Nicole Lewis yes she is most don’t see how she is in so many churches today this spirit is very cunning spirit and powerful . And yes one day I do believe this all happen to me over a year ago. I came a long ways from that point but I’m still a work in progress and I won’t do anything without the lord I made that mistake in beginning and since then I can say I have grown to much majority and knowledge since then . Now I’m able to help others I’m grateful cuz this spirit almost killed me and Lord showed me I would had to turn my back on him to worship her and follow her . I knew I had a choice follow the lord or her and I love the lord more she hated me cuz of my relationship I had in Jesus she persecuted me whole time I forgot who I was I never went through so much damage . I pray no one goes through that . I’m so grateful to the lord and how I spared me out of this and restoring everything I lost all I care about is my relationship and my purpose and His will .

I feel like my soul mate has probably died a long time ago. All the wrong people are coming into my life and not the right people. If there is a soul mate, he probably died.

How is a beautiful marriage between two people who waited for God to lead them into marriage be idolatry? Did God make marriage? Is not God love? I think we are so not used to seeing God ordained marriages that go well we think there is something wrong when we finally do see it in existence.

I think it's because you're not used to so much outward displays of affection. Some persons' main love language is physical touch. Personally, my main love language is acts of service, and I rank physical touch quite low. So that may be what's happening in what you're perceiving.

Yes, Jesus talked about this at the time, to clarify the sanctity of marriage, to remind people of the respondisibility we must all make to ensure we are marrying the right one, who we can stay faithful to. Jesus however does never condemn. Those words even came out of his own mouth to the women adulterer caught in the act who the Pharisees brought to Jesus. "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.. woman, no one has condemned you... THEN NEITHRR DO I..."
