Me too a year ago on this day I had an accident and lost my urinary system, broke many bones, and still surviving with catheter,colostomy bag and crutch. I'm still praying and praying believing that I'll get heal too one day when the Lord's time is right. And whoever read this message plz wisper a prayer for me. Thank you.

Don't stress a lot when your symptoms come sometimes when we panic it triggers more. Kneel down and pray to God it will give you relieve. Pray without ceasing. Drink lukewarm water and maintain a healthy diet to heal your gastritis. Avoid spicy, fermented stuffs, bamboo shoot.. try to add comfort food and more greens. Take care.
