چوہدری مجید کے نئے پراجیکٹ میں انویسٹمنٹ کرتے وقت اپنے ڈیلر سے یہ سوال ضرور پوچھیں 1.فیصل ریزیڈنشیا کی ڈویلپمنٹ ابھی تک کیوں شروع نہیں ہوئی? ٢۔ اگر فیصل ریزیڈنشیا کی ڈویلپمنٹ آٹھ سال تک شروع نہیں ہو سکی تو نئے پراجیکٹ کے شروع ہونے میں کتنے سال لگیں گے 15 سال۔۔? ٣۔فیصل ہلز کا ڈی بلاک مائنس میں کیوں ہے جبکہ اس کو لانچ ہوئے صرف دو مہینے ہوئے ہیں۔۔? ٤۔ فیصل ہیلس کی بی بلاک کا قبضہ چوہدری مجید کے پاس ہے یا نہیں? ٥۔ فیصل ہلز کی پوزیشن لوگوں کو کب ملیں گی? ٦۔جس جگہ پر نیا پراجیکٹ ہے وہاں پانچ مرلے کی قیمت باقی سوسائٹیز میں 15 لاکھ ہے۔ تو چوہدری مجید کی 28 لاکھ کیوں ہے? ٧۔ کیا جس جگہ پر نےا پراجیکٹ بن رہا ہے وہاں پر سیلاب آتے ہیں یا نہیں۔? ٨۔ کیا نئے پراجیکٹ کی این او سی چودھری کے پاس ہے یا نہیں? ٩۔ فیصل ہلز کی جو پلاٹ چوہدری نے پچاس لاکھ میں بیچیں تھے وہ آج پینتیس میں کیوں نہیں بک رہے? یقین کری ںآپ کے ڈیلر کے پاس ان میں سے کسی ایک سوال کا بھی جواب نہیں ہوگا۔ وہ آئے بائیں شائیں کرے گا۔ اپنا قیمتی سرمایہ بچائے اور چودھری کے نئے پراجیکٹ میں نہ پھنسیں۔ ایک دفعہ پھنس گئے تو پھر دس سال تک بیٹھے رہیں گے یا اپنا پلاٹ آدھی قیمت پر بیچنے پر مجبور ہوں گے جزاک اللہ
