Wow, I love this classic fairy tale. Today, this is the first time I have ever seen and heard of it in my young life. Twin sisters, Asteria and Aurora, born to a beloved fairy king and queen in the land of Shamua, and raised by a white winged tiger Queen Aleegra. Those creatures I saw were centaurs, fauns, satyrs, and humanoid animals. I love them too. Beware, the evil sea witch and the warlord Voldis who invaded the kingdom and lost the war. This is the adventure of a lifetime! I sure wish I could go there to meet those fantastic creatures and the royal fairy families as much as they would be honored to meet me in person, even though I am human.

We could request for a part 2. Maybe have Allegra take in a female infant from King Voldis's kingdom, Lumina. She raises the child with love and names her, Artemis. As she grew up the people living on Shamua from Lumina whom are ex-warriors, shamans, etc., are refugees and seeing how she's their only hope in getting rid of Voldis, trains her in the art of war with the help of her guards.. Artemis reaches adulthood and Asterias gives her a jeweled locket that was found with her on the day Allegra took her in. Once she touches it, the whole tragic story of Lumina comes to light. Before Voldis engineered it's destruction, it was ruled by a kind king, Reeve Fritz, and Valentina the 2nd. Around the time, Lumina was a peaceful and successful kingdom, regularly making trades and alliance with other kingdoms. Before his corruption, Voldis was known as Prince Basil, the last son to Reeve and Valentina. She got pregnant with another child around the time. 9 months later, Valentina gives birth to a beautiful baby girl named Luciana(Artemis's original name) and she has a birthmark of a lunar butterfly on her arm. During one of his meetings, Reeve was mysteriously killed in the attack. Everyone suspected it was Basil because he had shown no hint of sadness and grief for his father's death. What made him earn his name as Voldis, is when he begins killing off his own siblings with the belief they all posed a threat to his rule beginning with his oldest brother, Valerian, and continuing on with his other brothers, Axel, Rian, Fredrick. Not even his sisters: Emilia, Kendall, Florian and Rosemary were spared his wrath. Valentina having realized how much in danger Artemis was in, sent her guards to Shamua to appeal to Allegra to take her in and protect her from Voldis. He soon learned about his youngest sister's birth and sent his men to kill her. When they showed up, they found Valentina in front of them and with a knife on hand. She tells the men off it's far too late now and they'll never find her. In her last moments of defiance, Valentina kills herself and her protective essence is transferred inside Artemis. Once the tragic past is revealed, Artemis realizes why Voldis had attack Shamua in the past. She was the last of his siblings and therefore deemed the biggest threat of his rule. Vilaka knew this because she was once Valentina's advisor and betrayed her when she started teaching Voldis in the Dark Arts which was forbidden by law in Lumina. Artemis is the only one who can restore order to Lumina and end Voldis' reign of terror, which began after he had killed off their siblings and named Vilaka as his general. Finally accepting her birthright, she raises an army, returns home to Lumina and challenges him for the throne. Voldis accepted Artemis's challenge in the hopes of finally killing off the last of his threats. Despite Vilaka's efforts to help him cheat, she's unable to withstand Artemis' superior powers and she is killed for her betrayal to her family. Unable to accept he was going to lose the throne, Voldis continued fighting against her. He is finally defeated when he sees Valentina's ghostly form(in the necklace) in front of him looking disappointed. Voldis is stabbed in the back with a magical sword made of light by Artemis. In his dying breath, he begs Valentina to forgive him for killing Reeve for denying him the throne, practicing the Dark Arts, murdering his siblings, destroying Lumina's foundation with his corruption and finally accepts his sister as his successor. After Voldis dies, his body turns to dust and flies away into the wind. The people kneel down to their savior and asks for her name. She introduces herself as Artemis Fritz, the last daughter of King Reeve and Queen Valentina. With her claiming her birthright, she becomes Queen of Lumina. In her first order as queen, Artemis arrests all of Voldis's co-conspirators and has them charged for the crimes they've committed against the people of Lumina. She lowers the taxes and uses the money that Voldis hid inside the vault along the properties seized by his allies to rebuild her home kingdom. Allegra comes to visit Artemis and is pleased by the changes she's made for Lumina. She performs funerary rights for Reeve, Valentina and her siblings. This allows her birth family to rest in peace knowing that Lumina is once more in safe hands with Artemis. She goes out in the ocean and wishes for Basil to rest in peace despite what he put their family through. The story ends with Artemis putting the Sword of Light back in it's right place in the stone to rest.
