That's cause it's a different animation studio. This one is animated by JC Staff, the same people who did Food Wars, the Toaru (A Certain Magical Index) franchise, DanMachi (Pick up Girls in a Dungeon), etc. They're one of my favorite studios

Man, JC''s staff way of making fight animations seem really low quality for some shows, I hope they don't mess up that badly here, it'll be like the seven deadly sins all over again 💀

Does everyone seemed to forget there are some unanswered stuff that that have not been answered or on the prequel of Fairy tail. 1.Like how did August aging souls was turned into a child. 2.Everyone In The Fairy Tail Guild doesn't know about the other hidden secret that Master Hades hide about Mavis's Pregnancy 3. And August was admitting high levels of magic power when he was a baby

Unless Zeref took advantage of comatose Mavis, I don't see how it would have been possible for her to conceive his kid before being put in that crystal. And if that's what happened, I get why it was never elaborated on, because it's really messed up.

The attacks in the fight scenes look like they lack weight and power. I hope they'll be good in the actual episodes, but I've heard JC Staff can be really hit or miss, so I'm a little concerned.
