Only Fairouz and rahbani magic can make a bus ride without paying from one village to next to see your sweet heart so memorable. Along with its peculiar riders and had to help the bus driver open the door , mind the passenger and sometimes calm the driver too as the bus putts along to Tannourin village to see Alia with the beautiful dark eyes

The last part about the air is a play on words. The word hawa literally means “air” but it can also mean “love.” Fairuz is asking the driver to close the window because he’s letting in air (love). She then says that the “hawa” (air/love) will make everyone sick. That’s why she wants the window shut.

And also kan byitrikha I think is conditional- she’s saying that if the husband saw Alia’s eyes, he’d let his wife go on her own to tenooreen (the implication being that the husband would also go to Tenooreen on his own, to see Alia without the presence of his wife). Yikhrib bayt ayunik I think is also better translated “God damn your eyes” (it literally means may god ruin the house of your eyes)
