Man, Fairplay won that easy. Commentators didn't acknowledge his significant strikes whatsoever, but acknowledged every decent punch showtime landed. The biasness encouraged that decision. Huge fan of both fighters and great fight!!

Whats funny is the fact that the white guy is actually being cool about Fairplay but the one we'd call a brother is Tearing him down. Its sad that our own people are the ones that tear us down more frequently than other cultures.

Black dude shouldn't even be a commentator if all he's going to do is trash talk a fighter when it seems like he's the one who hasn't even dedicated even an inkling of his existence to any martial art while the other commentator has and then some. Mfer made me not want to finish the video because of his belligerence like damn its not a karate gi its a jiu-jitsu gi they are two totally different styles of martial arts address them correctly or stfu it's tiresome having to listen to ignorance(black guy) hand in hand with wisdom (white guy) but hey can't always have what you want in life.

I agree 100%. Showtime didn't get rolled, respect to him. Think Fair Play got more work done. I'm guessing Showtime got the W cus he's supposed to be close to going pro and he's already known by this promo. Maybe I'm wrong though, maybe judges saw something I didn't. Either way I was impressed by Fair Play man! Seems like he's usually a little more gassed in those longer Steet Beefs fights but not as much in this one. He looks great too! Go ahead Fair Play!!!

First off congrats on the pro debut man! Showtime seemed to have some real heavy punches, dude was a real tank, your work was more methodical wearing him down little by little but you could see the result in his face in the end. Kinda of a bummer that a gentleman like you had that one really disrespectful commentator, but it was a good fight! In my opinion there's no need for a new persona mate, we love your style, I know a loss is a loss and affects our morale, but keep training harder and fighting harder and you'll see the results soon enough. Hope to see you in world title match in the future! Shout out from Brasil, Grande abraço!!

Great fight FairPlay! The best part for me was between rounds 3-4 when that clown commentator on the right had to flat out apologize for his disrespect to you. He should know at least a little about the fighters he's commentating on prior to the event. Close battle, and ShowTime looked to be throwing heavy the whole bout, and you shook off the best he landed. Split decision, but at the end of the fight, the "winner" looked beat up and exhausted, whereas you looked like you just came in from a light jog. Kudos to you, new subscriber here. Just found your backyard fights, it lead me here, and this was the first I saw in a real ring. Looking forward to watching you for years to come. Classy as always!

Definitel a fight of two halves. Both guys are used to being the guy with more in the tank at the end, and it really showed on Showtime that he wasn't. He has a whole bag of tricks, and he really used them the first three rounds; a lot smarter of a fighter than he probably gets credit for. In the end, I think it could have gone either way, but I bet Fairplay learned a lot more from it.

If anyone is ever gonna ask me who is my favourite fighter , from now on I’ll say FairPlay. And if someone is gonna ask me who is the greatest boxer of all time , in 10 years I’ll say FairPlay. I am so excited to see you keep rising up in your career.

The announcer talkin smack on Fairplay's skill, but look at 21:21. He threw punches to block and counter his opponent at the SAME TIME, NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE! Fairplay got hit on the shoulders so he could hit him in the face, which is something I have never seen before honestly. 21:21 is absolutely insane.

The commentator doesnt know shit about boxing he’s a clown. He also called showtime 5’6 as if that makes any sense, he said fairplay was stronger than showtime as if showtime didnt weigh more. First he said fairplay had no talent rhen he said fairplay had talent but no skill, despite the fact that his defense was miles ahead, and he controlled the entire fight. His analysis if the whole thing was just garbage and enraging. And at the end he says showtime easily won, if that fight was anything but close then fairplay would have won. Guy just doesnt know shit really idk who hired this man

This was an absolute robbery and I’m infuriated. Shout out to FairPlay for remaining humble & kind as usual but i think he would’ve been 100% justified in throwing a fucking fit and demanding a recount/review of the fight . Showtime absolutely performed as well and did everything a boxer could and should but FairPlay CLEARLY controlled the far majority’s of this fight . Haven’t seen such a blatant robbery Since Hagler V Leonard 2 😂😂🤦🏾‍♂️

You absolutely won this fight. That was a ridiculous decision. You controlled the fight from beginning to end. And the longer the fight went on the worse he got and the better you got. If this was in the big time at Mandalay Bay or something, with competent judges, you would have won by unanimous decision. I've seen a lot of your fights on KZread and you have some real talent. You definitely know your boxing

I saw it as 4-2 in favor of FairPlay. Was waiting for one of those leaping body hooks to hit Showtime on the chin in rounds 4 and 5, but was thrown too low. It was a close fight either way. I'd suggest working on pursuit footwork. It's tempting to throw punches while the opponent backs away, but it can be sloppy or leave you exposed if the footwork isn't there. Just as often it can be better to close the ring off without punch chasing.

I didnt appreciate that older man commentating in this fight, brought nothing but negative comments and maybe a funny voice. adding nothing Knowledgable for the audience. Edit: So i just saw that they named Showtime the winner... how laughable is that? They get any kind look at Showtimes face? Okay so he lands a big punch late in the fight, he is suddenly the winner? Fairplay landed more punches. Look how exhausted Showtime was in those late rounds. Sad.
