Fairbourne Railway '100 Years of Steam' Gala, 28th May 2016
A great show on this delightful line, made all the better for seeing 'old friends' Count Louis and Katie. The weather was somewhat challenging for photography, with harsh lighting, deep shadows and a thunderstorm, but a good time was had by all! Congratulations to the FMR for putting on such a great show.
Filmed by Dave and Tom Waldren using Panasonic SD900 camcorders with Rode Videomic Pro mics, and a GoPro Hero 4 Silver with Feiyu GX steady gimbal.

Thanks Steve. I remember the line from when I was a child. I loved the 15" gauge locos, though I never saw Count Louis in steam, so it was particularly nice to see it running and looking so well cared for. Cheers, Dave.
Amazing
Thanks you've made me famous!

Yep; good fun! Cheers, Dave
Nice video! Looks like the team at Boston Lodge Works got that boiler ready in time for the L&B loco. I think 15" gauge is better though for this line. I don't think I ever saw the railway like that but my father did. There was one loco that was good, Ernest.W.Twining which is now somewhere in Japan.
looks like you have got anything from baby trains and wagons to the real thing :D
I like You video I was at Fairbourne Railway on that day
