When I try adding a new user my DVR says wrong password?
Brother, this App has not been working lately, neither on Android not on iOS. Keeps giving "network error" or "device is offline" errors on the phone. Tried making all sorts of new profiles, using all methods, which were working just fine before. Please help. The cctv works on the smart tv that it is attached to, so we know that it's not the issue with the device itself. There is some issue with the cMOB20 app only. Kindly guide. Also, the device does not allow me to create DDNS either. Errors errors. I have emailed support as well. Let's see what they say.

Well, we had to change our device to some other brand/provider, since the previous one never worked.
I am unable to connect via my jio sim data(othe apps are working fine via jio)....videos are loading via other network ....called bith Jio and CP plus...bith are denying to take d responsibility...what to do?

@@JHBProduction I troubleshooted myself....just delete the Jio acces point in internet settings of ur phone and add it manually again by copying d same credentials from another phone having jiosim
Aapne bataye wo sab karliye but DDNS INTERNET STATUS DISCONNECTED SHOW HORAHAHE UPAAI BATAYE

Use InstaOn mode you are using local Wi-Fi initiatization that's why you are unable to use it in mobile data.
Never buy CP Plus. It is the worst experience
