The wheel brush was like: i don't want to work here anymore and just run away😂

The left wheel wash basically came out of the machine altogether and completely broke during the brush wash. The wheel brushes should have been disabled really in order for the machine to work without the wheel brushes until it can be fixed. This can easily be confirmed via the control panel, but not necessarily allow the machine to work, I’ve seen this as a common fault on many systems, especially the late models such as Genius Sirius and Varius and Centus

That left wheel brush is a joke. Why are Wilcomatic's machines so bad 😭

Have Seen the same error Code on a C160 too but the system where i witnessed it just had a problem retracting the wheel brushes after the system washed them unlike here where the assembly just wanted to run away xD Joke aside it’s quite a pity to see this system in such bad shape :/

Do you know if this machine has been fixed or replaced yet? I was planning on doing a trip to Northampton and was going to check this car wash to see what’s happening with it but I don’t know when I’ll be able to go.

apologies for the late response to this, some reason my youtube don’t show comment notifications. I plan to revisit this Genius some point next week. When i do i will either film a revisit video or snap a few pics for flickr :)

This is probably the worst I've seen... I never see a wheel brush complete broken before and seen an Genius in bad shape. :/

I hope you got a refund. Because that did a terrible job of cleaning it.

ended up taking it to the Alpha C173 that was 5 minutes away 😅

It is sad to see a C160 in this shape... i thought better from Wilcomatic. I hope its gets replaced soon
