That’s the beauty of Malayalam actors: they talk about their work and industry instead of records. See how many times FaFa references the ‘Manjumal Boys’ in this interview. We can’t find the same in other industries, where they only mention films that are pan-India or have collected 200 crores. And at the end, when Rangan quotes upcoming big films like Pushpa 2, FaFa simply mentions that he has a beautiful small film by Altaf Saleem. Beautiful.
Fafa has acted with 5 gems of indian cinema Red wine(with mohanlal) Emmanuel(with mammootty) Vikram(with kamal hassan) Vettaiyan(with rajinikanth and amitabh bachchan) He's gonna explore himself more in the future❤️

Not being a cinephile is not a merit. That means he's not enjoying his work as a cinephile would have. You have to be a cinephile to enjoy the best of cinemas. Mammootty is a cinephile and he doesn't get involved in the "nonsense" you are alluding to. He does his films, goes home and goes to interviews if PR is needed. No actor does "nonsense" or give importance to nonsense in the name of being a cinephile.

At the moment THE finest actor in Indian cinema.
Everyone who's watching this video has a smile on his/her face. That's FAFA❤❤
Things I took away from this is, he treats films's success as collaborative effort in truest sense and doesn't ever bucket himself based on his previous film's success or expectations. What a lad! Cant wait for all the magic you will bring in theatres this year ✨

The way fafa express complex human emotions on screen is simply amazing !!
My mahn was struggling with the interview😂....And the interviewer trying to crack open the introvert shell😂.....
So glad Fafa did this and with english. Its the first time I had Eng interview from Malayali film industry. The message I get from Fahadh Faasil in this interview is that he thinks himself as an engineer in acting, or producing. He mentioned the details in a precise appraoch instead of genius flashes, nature born feelings etc. So I can compasionate that he enjoys more as a producer, well maybe FaFa didn't said it that way, but from the reactions of Baradwaj, he clearly wants to move out of that topic. As a non-Malayali audience, I agree that Malayali film industry are having its time. Great time for brave challenges and evovles. Exactly mind and talent like FaFa is what we need.
Fafaa off screen and on screen transformation 🥵❤️🔥
the best indian actor , an absolute master at his craft ❤❤FaFa
Interview in short BR: You are a gem of an actor, and lot of people are obsessed with your performance. Fafa: I started acting because i didn't get any other job, and people should discuss about me only in the theatres because there life beyond movies.

Cinema is indeed more than mere entertainment; it's an art form that transcends time and culture. While some films may be seen as purely for entertainment, many become classics that resonate across generations and cultural boundaries. Dismissing art after a few hours of viewing, as Fahad suggests, is a narrow perspective. Art, including cinema, deserves ongoing celebration and discussion, whether in classrooms or casual conversations. It possesses the power to influence people profoundly, shaping their thoughts, societal perspectives, and lifestyles. Just as the selection of colors impacts a painting's intensity, the performances of actors contribute significantly to cinema's status as a perfected art form.

His this attitude similar to Bard aka William Shakespeare 🎉
This is one of the first time Fahadh has opened up so much about cinema. He drew my attention from Chappa Kurushu and became one of my favourite actors since then. A movie which was well crafted. The best part about him is the stardom that he is not taking seriously which gives him the liberty to try and explore different genres and stories. +1 to the new era of cinema. I feel it is not just Malayalam but the audience is open to exploring exciting cinema. I am really curious to see a combination of a Fahadh Faasil & Aamir Khan movie. The approach they have towards cinema including creative side of it is something that can be really exciting. And a double whammy if Anurag Kashyap directs it!!!!
He can articulate better through acting than words !!
I talked abt Avasham for nearly 2 weeks to everyone who cared to hear .. I was like just keep your mind at home and enjoy… am impressed by his detachment and honesty… great guy 🎉

How can you call him a thinking man's actor when he's not a cinephile? Cinephiles think more about movies than an average Telugu movie viewer for example. Non-cinephiles clap at everything that's shown at face value.
Dear Fahad: Where have you been, mate? We need 2-3 flicks in a year buddy. It's easier to pick great films of Kamal Hasan's but it is not easy at all to pick bad films of yours, dude. Glad Baddie could finally get you here and have a healthy conversation. Whichever films you act in, the script turns out to be decorated by your presence. Or the script bends itself to your persona, I believe. After Leonardo De Caprio or Robert De Niro....you're one of my modern-day acting geniuses today.....
FAFA doesnt like the idea of a fan association. Fair enough. But he cant stop me from starting a fans club for Rangaa Anna & his man friday Ambaan.
Thankyou thankyou thankyou for this!
An exceptional dialogue altogether. Not only did it bring some solid moments from Fafa, but the respect and care BR organically uses to explore him deserves a huge applause. Fafa is such a comfort to watch sans thallu and humble bragging of his contemporaries. Always makes sense.

Thanks for giving the interview. Love from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
The best is his role in Kumbalangi Nights. I simply loved him in that movie.
good to see Fafa in a massy entertainer .. We all know the capabilities of Fafa as an actor, he is the best in world cinema right now
I mean after seeing film Aveshyam I got paranoid about his acting, I mean how can he be this much good in acting that Ranga character? Honestly I’m stunned ♥️🫰
His eyes man ❤️🥺
Such a rare treat to listen to Fafa! BR tried hard convincing Fafa that he is an icon and Fafa casually brushing it aside just only how he can. I was surprised at no reference made for the movie Malik which was one of Fafa’s(many) best though that could be for the reason he mentioned about Kerala audience. Either way, a real good interview 🙌
Loved this interview!! FaFa is a delight and I appreciated how real he was, especially when he talked about his image of himself and the limitations that he sees.
Omg soooo happy to finallyyyy see this interview happening!!!!!!!
Fa ഫ can get national award for Avesham.Great performance . If Fa fa was cast in aadujeevitham it will be even greater

Director Blessee said he need someone who's physically bigger to play Najeeb so that the physical transformation will be more evident and shocking

Yeah I too thought abt it only Fahad can give such intense expressions in aadujeevitham… Fahad is best choice for Mammooty sir’s role in vidheyan

No way dude. No matter how good of an actor he is he cannot pull off that physical transformation like Prithviraj. No one from Malayalam industry will go to that extent like Prithviraj.

Re-Introducing Faa Faa in interviews 🔥
Only malayalam cinema could do this. From a basic shitthole script create this huge Cinematic treat. The making and the presentation is OUTSTANDING. Love you sir. Enjoyed every bit of it except some drinking songs
