just started working with these pos machines and this video is very helpful. please make more for x and y offsets and as z offsets.

Our vmc15 is just like that but the 3016l we just bought must have a different software revision. It’s kind of goofy in retrospect compared to the older 15-914

they are dumb machines with stupid commands and methods--as you go forward in your career and get better you will see fewer and fewer fadals.

when you set a tool as tool 1 with setto will tool one through 21 still be set with all the offsets? in the proper order or will I have to reset all the offsets again?

I have been working in a cnc milling machine, I have been working for 22 years in Rhinoceros and CAM powermill CAD, here in Brazil we have few options with industry. Now I'm unemployed. I've done 2 years of technical and other programming. total 25 years of experience in industrial mechanics in maintenance and production I am 48 years old and I want to work in another state or country because the economy and industrial growth in Brazil is weak because corrupt politicians are failing our country traduzindo= Acho muito legal operaçao em uma fresadora cnc, eu em particular tenho 22 anos de operaçao e programação em CAD Rhinoceros e CAM powermill, aqui no Brasil temos poucas opçao com industria agora agora estou parado fiz 2 anos decurso tecnico e outros de programação e tenho no total 25 anos de experiencia de mecanica industrial em manutençao e produçao tenho 48 anos de idade e tenho vontade de trabalhar em outro estado ou pais porque a economia e crecimento industrial no Brasil e fraco pois os politicos corrupto estao falindo nosso pais

Does the height offest has a wear so you can adjust the offest without crashing the tool?
