Like most of the 7 shadows , she always takes the chance to spend as much time as she can to stay with him. She also likes to mark Cid's belongings with her scent and snuggle beside him. Also....she kind of soft-core "yandere" willing to be Shadow/cid meatshield or sacrifice anything(even betraying shadow garden), and would shoulder every sins she had if it means can bring immortality to her master, Shadow/Cid. Because she believe Shadow is a fitting Ruler of this world.

Missing one major detail. She love leaving her marking (smell) on shadow/ Cid. Especially after Delta hangout with shadow. To overight the doggie smell. One of animal trade to show item possession. Delta and Zeta always love leave marking on shadow.

Zeta, along with Gamma and Eta successfully recreate those fish sandwich and burgers we've seen a lot in anime out of their master's vague "wisdom". 😅

About her sub-faction, it's more of a radical version of Shadow garden's reverence for Cid and not actual betrayal to their goal. That why there isn't any internal problems among them. Also, Zeta would only execute her plan if Cid doesn't stop her and have no problems with it. Which takes us to volume 5.

@@AnimeWars4251 well nope, Zeta faction wants to enthrone Cid as the new god of the world while Alpha and the rest just follow Cid's wishes and ideals. Both these factions act on the premise of Cid's order you see. It means if Cid doesn't express his wishes of wanting to live longer, they wouldn't do anything. The only difference is that Zeta already had plans in motion to help him become immortal. (Spoilers ahead) Also, the whole problem started when Zeta asked whether he was happy with his birthday or not. And he said something along the lines of "with every birthdays come, a year less to reach my goal", lamenting the sad fact that one less year out of the 600 YEARS in his life (though I think he can still prolong) has passed, which Zeta misunderstood it as less time in his mortal life of at most 100 years to reach his ideal, hence her plan started.

Zeta and Eta are the most twisted members in Shadow Garden. Hope to see more of them in the next volumes.

Zeta isn't twisted. She just doesn't agree with how Alpha leads the team in dealing with the cult of diabolos and so she has her own smaller version of Intelligence department but it doesn't mean that she doesn't respect Alpha.

People are Freakin Crazy here let me tell you... Some people are giving false information about her... She is willing to become shadows meat-shield and can sacrifice her self for Cid/shadow's sake... 1.just like other shades she also loves to stay and talk with his Lord shadow/Cid.as much as she can..she is a bit more possessive with Shadow.. Alpha: we will destroy the cult Zeta: we will take over the cult and use the power being cultivated by the cult to shadow's benefit, which can be seen as a betrayal since I'm trying to take advantage of the very thing we are meant to destroy So far, the "betrayal" doesn't seem that serious yet and if only alpha knew how much shadow wanted immortality and that he knew what Zeta was doing she would turn a blind eye

Yes she had created ger own sub faction... Original Shadow garden's goal is to destroy cult of diablos.. (Zeta is part of it by the way) Her sub faction is very small but their goal is same destroying the cult but zeta's faction have two goals their other goal is to bring immortality to Lord shadow/Cid... Shadow garden= shadow/Cid is their Lord and Savior they will follow him for life and destroy cult of diablos. (Heroic)for them (shadow is the saviour of the =>world) Zeta's sub faction(unofficial shadow garden = shadow/Cid is their Lord and saviour too but they don't just want to follow him they want to make him God and bring him immortality .. Zeta's sub faction sees shadow as God and wants to create a religion outta him where shadow will be the only God and they'll worship only shadow.. (They are anti-heroic cause they will gladly sacrifice everything for the well being of Lord shadow) for them(shadow>>>>>>world) Edit:-naah you're wrong Zeta is Not traitor of shadow garden she still works for Shadow Garden and also Follows Alpha(she do missions of alpha )... She did consult Cid first and he give the green light lol. And she want to make Cid immmortal as to make him the true god of the world even with the risk of her own live. Her own sub factian is basically a group of people that worship Cid as a god.

Disagreeing with Alphas leadership is a lie, she disagrees with what Alpha wants after defeating Diabolos. Read Volume 5.

Nah.. loyalty is a thing, but too much of it like someone (eg: Zeta) doing things without actually consulting to their leader can sometimes fuck things up. Probably won't happen in this anime but generally, loyalty like Alpha is better.
