A good idea.

Very nice and usefull video, with easy comprensilble step to reach the goal. Could you say if is best keep the setting software and application in English or ask the seller the translation in the other languages? Because i found some strange translation from english to italian with my precedent scanner Launch X431 Pro and i think that also the functionality could be altered.

I've never used translation on any of these devices and so can't so if there's any loss in translation when switching to a different language. Thanks for the compliments!

Hi great channel sorry off topic , but should a new programmed key for a merc w204 work via radio straight away ? Mines is only working via i.r. , old key works via the radio + i.r. , locksmith told me give it a week it needs to sync is he telling me lies ? Said i must point at i.r. sensor for a weeks use then the radio side will work ? Thanks

Thanks for the compliment. Both radio (ie. fob buttons) should work immediately after programming. I have some videos where I programmed W204 keys. They all worked immediately after they were initialised by the car.

​@@DIYAutoworksNGthanks for the reply yes I watched 1 of them , started the car a few times and still the radio Side of the new fob does nothing,light flashes but buttons do nothing from inside the car or at a distance, but original fob still does both , will go back to him after a few days so he can't use that as an excuse 👍

Hi, I did a factory reset on my MP808 now it’s not displaying any cars. My subscription has expired. It expired on 2022-07-02. When I open diagnostics noting shows. Same effect when I click on Service. Any advice on this??

If you don't have a backup, your only option will be renewing your subscription. Hope you made one?

Do you know how to get to this restore mode without being able to use the tablet? I have one that fails to complete boot.

Good question. No, because the email address is linked to Autel ID that's tied to the tool. I believe only Autel can help you change this.

VIN reading doesn't work in every car especially earlier models. VIN reading never worked on my 2003 Accord irrespective of scan tool.

so what happens if you are out of subscription and no backup..... like i am now...right now the renewal is more than a new scanner.. what should i do...?

If the renewal is more than the cost of a new scanner with the same functions, you can go with a new scanner. Otherwise, Autel usually does sales during the summer and Black Friday and you can get sometimes up to 40-50% off renewal costs. Even better I did a video on how to get the cheapest renewal. It involves using 3rd party authorized distributors. This route offers the best pricing.

You mean doesn't want to boot up? Haven't experienced that. I'd contact Autel for that.

How can i log out of an account as i have recetly bought one and the previous account is still on there. is there a way i can log out or do i have to factory reset?
