FACTORY BIKE | Romain Febvre's Factory Kawasaki KX450SR

With the slimmest of margins Romain Febvre lost out on another MXGP Championship, but Vice-Champion, as the Euros like to say, is still an impressive end to the season. Febvre will be on Monster Energy Factory Kawasaki for the foreseeable future so this machine will only get more personalized over time. Check out all the cool, sano equipment on this lean, mean, racing machine.

This is a huge reason behind Tomac’s decision to leave Kawi. Really messes with a guys branding to let another top guy have his number on your bike even if it’s a different race series.

@@jasonmanuse39 if you honestly believe that MX riders don’t put a lot into their Brand which is associated with their number your delusional it went from seeing a green number 3 bike and knowing exactly who’s it was to it could be one of two guys. Do you think that would make anyone happy? If Suzuki let their top European also have 4 while Carmichael had it he would have been pissed same with guys like Reed and Stewart all the top guys are heavily invested in their number

@@jasonmanuse39 if this season Cooper Webb starts rocking the Number 84 on his KTM Herlings would be fine with that? No he wouldn’t because when you see an 84 KTM you immediately associate it with Herlings just like a 3 Kawasaki used to be Tomac it messes with a guys personal brand.

@@jonruger I put $100,000 on if you ask Eli what he thinks of Febvre having the same # I guarantee it’s the LAST thing he cares about. He needed a team switch bc he wasn’t getting what he wanted from the Kawi team anymore and he wanted a fresh start. There’s nothing you can say to convince me that Eli honestly gives a shit about Europe. Even tho he switched teams, they will both have the same # so….🤷‍♂️

Badass bike, lots of interesting things! Unfortunatly all those euro mechanics are speaking english like a 9 year old and therefore avoid talking about all the trick stuff, i guess they just don't know the words for it. I'd just mute the guy and show the bike, a lot less painful to watch and especially hear.

The way i see it he did not needed to tell a thing, my eyes saw an ordinary dirt bike, lots of aftermarket parts that anyone can buy... it's really all the same... and it just comes down to engine tunning (that they can't talk) but i tell you right away (it revs higher, uses less friction parts inside, and has a gearbox properly tunned to rider specs)...
