The one dislike was a teacher who’s jealous of this amazing teaching style.
5 years later and this is the best method possible. Thank you. Those dislikes are by the teachers that are jealous of your luscious teaching style. thanks for this. saved my ass in discreet math haha

Wow Just WOW! I'm in calculus 2 right now and this video really helped me with ratio tests. I really don't remember learning factorials before this class. They're cool and fun to do. But thanks so much for this quick video to summarize the simplification process!

Regarding your website; it's fantastic that you've taken the time to put all the videos in order. There are barely any teachers online who bother with organizing their videos which makes following them unnecessarily hard. I hope your channel gets more recognition. You truly deserve it.

Thanks for the positive feedback Paul!
Factorials always confused me, especially with how I just got thrown in the deep end with finding the limits of series using the ratio test. Thank you for making a video that explains factorials so quickly, without wasting any time; the 0! and 1! parts were extremely helpful as well!
This was very useful, covering some stuff before an exam and realised I didn't know how to simplify factorials with terms such as (n+1), it was clear and straight to the point which really helped
OH MY GOD, I have been struggling so much with binomial factorials but now I finally see the light. I took math courses all the way up to DiffEq and nobody ever explained this as good as you do.

Glad you liked my factorial video Fernando!
I still have a question, why in the lat example you wrote (3n+2)!=(3n+2)(3n+1)(3n) and (3n-1), where did you get (3n-1) from? I thought that we multiply numbers from this (3n+2) to the smallest, just 3n, please explain this moment
thanks
can u explain how in problem 3 you are able to multiply by (n)! in the numerator? my understanding is that after you multiply (n+3)! = (n+3)(n+2)(n+1), -->(n+1) is the last factorial, or the act of multiplying by 1. my question is, if the goal is stop multiplying when we get to 1, how can we just spontaneously throw up (n)! to multiply by when ..*(n)! does not represent 1 in this case, as (n+1) does
This really helped... But I have a question, what do I do if this is the given "3 times (11!\7!4!)... Thank you in advence for the help... God bless you always
Thank you sir and I'm from india
Question: Why did you go from 3n to 3n-1 on the numerator. Why did you not stop at 3n?
@MariosMathTutoring
5 жыл бұрын
Good questions Francisco....you want to keep going until the factors in the numerator and denominator start to match up so you can then cancel the ones in common and see what remains...hope that helps
Thank you sir if you're seeing this
Excellent explanation

Doing my a levels rn, you're so much better at explaining this than my course book thank you, Mario. The only question that I have is what do you do when the denominator is seemingly larger than the numerator, rn I'm stuck on a problem where I have to prove that nC2 = n(n-1)/2 how would I go about that?

xd just expand two brackets and then expand the result by the third
When you do (n+3)! Wouldn't it be (n+3)(n+2)(n+1)(n)? Why do you leave the factorial in the end?
Great sir!

@@rayyankhan03 for 3 it'd be (n+3)(n+2)= n^2+nx+6 (n^2+nx+6)(n+1)=n^3+n^2+11n+6 I'm sure you don't have to multiply it like this, I think just keeping in at (n+3)(n+2)(n+1) will work
