Dude, I’ve been sewing for years, and a thing you don’t realize is that those cushions will become thinner over time. They will also become a little bit less comfortable in that way as well. The fact that you started out a little extra thick will only help you in the long run.

You might also enjoy his previous channel, "Max & Lee" where he, his ex-girlfriend & Occy, traveled from Canada to South America. However, they started their channel in Mexico so they only captured Mexico to Argentina I believe if I remember correctly. Those videos are super fun, they captured absolutely beautiful footage & of course they're very entertaining. Hope that helps with some much needed distraction while you recover. I don't often comment on videos but really love your channel. This may seem silly, but I really want to thank you for showing the reality of living off of only two electric outlets. It really helped me feel less alone in my extension cord filled house. I've been living like this the past year and while it is comical much of the time and gets the job done, it's also inconvenient and a reminded of how abnormal my life is at the moment. I purchased a semi off grid small cabin to turn into my home around the same time that you got your property. I also have an older large dog as well :) and had a lot of shit hit the fan as far as unforeseen issues with the house as well. It has been really nice watching your channel and feeling a bit like I'm not alone in this, especially on all the messy chaotic challenges that come up. And it's inspiring to see you work within a budget and find ways to still get the "bougie" touches over time. It helps me keep up hope that while I am on a super slow timeline due to a tiny budget because I am disabled by my mental health struggles, it doesn't mean that in time the good things won't happen. It'll get there and all the elbow grease helps in the long run. I appreciate your tenacity, your values, and the honor you bring to what you do. You're a really good person Max and that shines through in your videos. You bring such a loving honorable presence to youtube and I really appreciate that about you and your content. Thank you for helping me feel less alone in all the struggles that come up and the oddities we live with to get by until we can get them right in due time.

Brilliant. Big cuddles to Occy. I am having a proper coffee in bed, looking out onto a very calm Bass Strait, a red sky in the East, and our 14 year old Labrador snuggled. Perfect.

I couldn’t love Occy more. What a life he has led. He’s blessed to have you as his fur Daddy!!

I think the most fun is watching you and Occy overcome struggles, grow and seeing you happy. Outside or inside doesn't matter.

Max! My father in law has a circular holiday home in the west of Ireland! He used the theory of pi to figure out how many tiles he needed for the fully circular toilet in the centre of it! ❤

You might want to get a GPS tracker for him. If he gets confused and wonders off, you might be able to find him through the tracker.

I use an AirTag also. Amazon has tag holders for dog collars.

My big dog, just slightly larger than Occy, is turning 15 in about 6 weeks! He's half blind, half deaf, and can't stand up by himself. He has always been way less active than Occy is, but he's doing well. I see many years for Occy.

Inside, outside who cares. I am here to watch you and Occy have your best lives and of course live vicariously in the rainforest watching your vlogs. Thanks for the hard work putting them together ❤

I really like how the seating nook turned out. The dark green fabric against the white is amazing. And the rebuilt kitchen storage was brilliant! PLEASE, PLEASE take Occy to the Vet. He is panting all the time and that is not a good sign. Also, when My Max started to age he stopped jumping up on the bed, couch, etc and the vet told me that when they age dogs start having spine problems (just like us) and it becomes painful to jump up on things. So we made him steps for the couch, bed, etc, and it made it so much easier on him and he could still curl up on the bed with us instead of the hard floor. Sadly, I lost My Max last June and I miss him and his cuddles so much. Great job on the bench. Your house is looking so great. 👍 Happy Easter!

I understand your concern as panting can be a sign of pain but they are living in a really humid place and after the rain it's even more humid. If anything I'd take Occy to a groomers and have him shaved during the more uncomfortable months.
