Simon hits the nail on the head about the double-edged sword of technology. For entrepreneurs navigating tech's impact on business, remember that automation can increase your team's productivity by freeing them from repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on creative and strategic work that can't be automated. Ensure you also invest in their skills development to keep pace with the evolving tech landscape.

"We must guide teenagers to think: What will the future world be like? Is it possible for it to be different? Can we adapt to or change the future? What can we do to make the future better? This is the most fundamental thinking of futurology. It can be said that futurology and science fiction are inherently interconnected," Chinese science fiction novelist Liu Cixin emphasized the importance of instilling a sense of the future in young minds. /2023/

I do love the way Simon conveys messages. It has guided me through so many events, personally and in my career. I'm also intrigued to know the watch Simon wears. To me it looks like an IWC.

As always, spot on topic. Still, there is one dilemma I think about, when we talk about change and adaptability. Who, actually, leads/ change the world? Heroes are unadapting rebels, revolutionary, who change the history. We can say that Steve Jobs was one visionary rebel hero, who changed the world and whole world had to embrace and adapt his products and technology. So, in fact, do we need to adapt to change the world, or we just need to adapt to cope with changing world? 😶

I like the Blockbuster vs Netflix comparison. A lean start up company on a shoestring budget can become the 800 pound gorilla and put the previous gorilla out of existence. The problem for any company is that it becomes too big and bureaucratic and can't respond quickly to new market demands. There are exceptions like Microsoft but Microsoft managed to almost create a monopoly by licensing its products and also getting into governments where everyone has to comply with the government software. Blockbuster could have made agreements with film companies, movie theaters, and tech companies that manufactured VCRs and DVD players to keep Netflix out of the game. But because the Blockbuster bureaucracy was only looking at the numbers, Blockbuster couldn't compete with the new video formats.

I don't claim to be the smartest person on the planet, but Simon Senek is the smartest dude I've ever heard speak. Real quick shout out to you Simon, love you, keep it up. This topic is so funny with the concept of modern day hindsight! Blockbuster: "We can't change because we earn 12% on late fees." Also Blockbuster: *Hasn't existed since 2014 (kinda)* ... So it's better to LOSE 86% because you refuse to change with the times? 🤔 Sarcasm, jk, lol

if why, can we only have why for yourself? can we give the other ideas of different why? the point is can we have different why in a person? As for outgoing I am planning to study in different types of area in my uni life and only using for academic stuff, only checking social media in 7 in the evening and two or three times per day still planning I hope it work out and as for relationship approach I wanna see the one I wanna date in real cus I only see him in online dating. I think if we talk in person regularly we will be gain trust and it will work out more.
