Prof san po galing yung 126 dun sa computation nung RPM.. at yung 1000?

Hi Reynaldo! 126 is the recommended cutting speed for the aluminum type of material of he workpiece. And 1000 is the constant in the formula for metric calculation of RPM. Thank you for watching and subscribing.

Hi Ronald, ang tanong mo ba ay paano maiwasan ang masyadong humahaba na chips? kitiran mo lang ang gagawin mong side rake o uka sa side cutting ng toolbit upang mas mapupwersa ang chip na maputol at dina hahaba ng husto. liban lang kung ang material ay masyado makunat(ductile and malleable) ay humahaba tqlaga ang chips. thank you and God Bless!

@@profjohnny8624 insert carbide po ang gamit ko sa manual lathe, ano po bang speed para sa SS spindle speed po yong commin na RPM po salamat po

cutting speed=70ft/min or 27m/min. calculate mo nalang gamit ang formula natin sa rpm

Hi Cresente, pareho lang ang working principle ng lahat ng lathe machines. Kelangan mo lang kabisaduhin at pag aralan muna bago mo gamitin. Panuorin mo na din mga tutorial videos ko para dagdag aral. Thank you for watching and subscribing.
