Facial Turmeric Ice Cubes - Making them into ice cubes helps improve the circulation and tightens everything right up, giving you an instant morning facelift.
Things to remember:-
- do not do this multiple times a day (3+)
- always make sure your face is clean before applying ice treatment
- continuously rub in circular motion never stay in one spot
- this should only last for about 1 to 2 minutes
- Use small-sized ice cubes.
- Always moisturize after icing.
- rinse after applying the ice facial.
- if you have sensitive skin then wrap the ice cube in a soft muslin cloth and then rub on your face
- let the ice cube sit for a minute before using it.
- use a dedicated ice tray for facial ice cubes.
