Yeah, a seller should always post pics of the actual item, or clearly state it's a pre-order and send pics for approval before sending.
Wow! $8 for clawdeen? What a super bargain. And that’s too bad about the faceplate.

I have to learn all the monster high characters I’m so outta touch with them lol thank you I’m pretty disappointed in the faceplate I’m going to try to order from another vendor when I get my money back.
It does sound like the Etsy vendor did not make the faceplate she used in her listing. I hope it works out for you.
