I have Facebook reel monetisation on, I am uploading my own original content with my own voice even though its shows the content cannot be monetised . it does not have anything that can be copyrighted from anyone. Thanks for the info.. It would have been nice if they would have given some type of explanation. I got the invite and made $32 by doing absolutely no reels in Facebook. So I guess the ones that feed from my IG to Facebook paid, I loaded up IG this month thinking that's what I needed to do but see now that's not going to pay. Guess I'll regroup for Sept.

As of now, only US is eligible for this program. I foresee things changing moving forward. With KZread starting to ad a payment system to shorts, I think META will follow.

Kellen, great video. Is Facebook still doing the $35k bonus? I’ve seen different articles that says they’ve stopped it and $1200 is the maximum per month now.

NO THEY ARE NOT!!! I Have not seen anyone offered $35k for reels bonus in several months. Like early 2022. They lured everyone with that and around spring knocked it down to $1200 max bonus and also $500 . Don’t let folks who got on early dupe you into thinking you are going to be rich posting reels for the Pennie’s they pay. You will have to produce TONS of content to get the views or already have a very large following and perhaps viral videos. And all these bonuses are INVITE ONLY even the challenges .. not everyone gets offered them. Just because one person who is already established says they made 5 figures in a few days doesn’t mean u should quit your job that is paying you

That’s true I just got invited today and that is the limit.

My profile was converted to page, I have the stars options. I have enable it. But stars option is not appearing on my older videos. How can I add the send stars option on my older videos that were already on my page before professional mode?

KZread in 2009 would monetize right away. Now, they want 4,000 hours of views and 1,000 subscribers and that seems like a lot to me. I have a few pretty good reels and entered the contest but I did now know about monetizing. Oh well, I am having fun.

Facebook reel bonus program is only available in the us, like 3 4 days ago they had a glitch and sent and invitation to all the pages even new ones, but they fixed it

You can NOT upload reels from desktop unless you have a page and creator studio. Why is this guy not telling you all correct information? 🙄

Yes you need to have a facebook page for reels. When u have your fb page, just start uploadong reels, no there is no need to apply, they will send u an invitation that's when u know you already in the program. I hope I answered your question.

INVITE ONLY. Facebook has to ad that feature to your profile or THEY give you bathe option to turn one of your pages into the new pages experience which has professional dashboard

35k is not for reels but regular posts.. videos, pics and statuses Reels are limited.

Question - we were under the impression that for a $1200 max bonus you got paid 40 cents per 1k views. But based ok someone in that bonus program’s posted earnings it looks like they are now downgrading pay to a MEASLY AND INSULTING 4 cents per 1k views!!? Is this a 99% demotion from the 35k /month max bonus pay they were initially luring everyone over with? If so I will NEVER kill myself or stress myself worrying about that bonus or posting there.

it's disgraceful they use these tactics. The first who are invited literally print money and then eventually when they open it to mass population, you can buy a burger with a billion views. I pray to god KZread shorts keep a fixed rate and don't screw us over like these others. The fact also so many of these reel bonuses aren't available in so many countries is a mess. The whole system is unfair

Great question! yes, they are different. Instagram Reels are shared on Facebook, but physically posting a reel to Facebook counts as a separate monetization bank. If you only share to Instagram, you are missing out on a lot of money.

I think this happens when they realize they are paying u too much then they sort of demonitize u so they don't have to pay you. It seems to me they don't have clear guidelines on their monetization. KZread is better.
