I deactivated my Facebook over a year ago. Best decision EVER! I'm not constantly stressed about saying an unpopular opinion and then fighting in the comments. Im not worried about so-n-so's life who I dont even have outside contact with. Im not stressing about being a good mom and measuring up to all the perfect fb moms. Im content now

Ugh, so true! That’s the reason why I don’t have facebook on my phone or tablet, but I do have an account that I can log into when I feel like it.

I totally relate! I am happy that I don’t get too many notifications form Facebook, and I try not to let it consume my life. Don’t get me wrong I love social medias-it’s great on some aspects but I’m only on Facebook aside from KZread because managing Facebook is hard enough. Just don’t have the time for other social media because I have a life to live and people to spend time with.

I've never put FB on my new phone I got at the beginning of this year. So I've detoxed from social media pretty much entirely. This video is so true. I was sick of feeling the way FB made me feel. Now I get on to check notifications for 5 minutes a week. Its refreshing. So much more time to be creative!

Yeah I'm honestly thinking about deleting Facebook myself I'm tired of all the negativity and all other types of crap that's on there anymore it's just not worth it stresses me out, and the unfairness on their how everything is one-sided really pisses me off, the only reason I've kept it is because family and the games I have on my phone that use it as a backup. I may just write a letter to everybody and say I'm keeping Facebook only for my games but I'm not coming on here anymore because I'm just tired of all the sadness and negativity. And you're awesome Tiffany I just started watching your videos and I enjoy them very very much thank you in today's world I a good laugh and you give that to me.
