The odd body movement of the protagonist and the tentacles that arise from the body actually reminds me of the scorpion-monster from David Romero's Pleasant Inn.

Great work! The motion capture allows for subtle silent body language to tell so much to the viewer. Nice.

The mocap work is very, very clean. Great work as always!

Thank you! There are some obvious minor issues here and there, specifically with legs being displaced and sliding sometimes, but overall the mocap data itself is quite precise. So far my workflow is coming along nicely.

Thank you! I do motion capture with Perception Neuron 2 using Noitom's software called Axis Neuron. There I do a little bit of clean up, export as processed bvh, and then import to Blender. In Blender I apply "Smooth Keys" in the graph editor to fix occasional jitter, then I retarget to desired skeleton using Rokoko Blender addon. After that I export as FBX and import it directly into Source 2 ModelDoc, with root motion being extracted as well. No videos are planned, but I do plan on writing an article covering such process for my upcoming knowledge base.
