Fabricating High Banker Legs. Music Video.
Hello everyone.
Let's just have some fun today and sit back and listen to some music while I work on some high banker legs.
I think these will be great for gold mining DIY kits as well as for my high bankers that I will have for sale on my website.
www.utmostoutdoors.com/
They are constructed from very sturdy 12 guage 304 stainless steel. The round leg in round hole design really lets them set into a "saddle" so they don't shift around like square legs in a square tube. No risk of dirt and clay getting into a tube and jamming them up either. I upgraded to nice big 5/16" stainless wing bolts for easy tool free adjustments without the risk of sheering off a little 1/4" bolt as I have done before out in the field. Large 3" diameter feet are over engineered from 3/16" marine grade aluminum. They will come with either four rivets to secure each leg to your high banker, or optionally stainless bolts with nylon lock nuts.
I'm happy with how these are turning out and will do a full video detailing my design soon.
As always, thanks for watching and thanks for your support on my journey to starting a business while working towards becoming a full time gold miner.
I love you all.

Awesome! Thank you!
Remember this, while your spending your time making equipment for others, they will be out getting the gold.
Slick. How much for the leg brackets? Legs with the disc feet how much? Good for DIYers. Attachments already built saves a lot of work and time . Could use those for a wooden sluice as well . Next the double decker sluice ?

Yeah, should be able to screw them into a home built wood highbanker with some #10 screws, or bolts. Rivets would look the cleanest for am aluminum build. I'm still working out the final pricing details, website should go live in a few days.
Successful and profitable manufacturing is a team effort. Developing a sizeable market and delivering a consistent quality product on time is another thing . The Chinese are very good at this , so much so that I recently bought a 4 ft. foldable aluminum sluicebox for $50 at Princess Auto.
Cool video dude, What you selling the small sluice pictured at 4:10?

If you email me, and are in the NW, maybe I could drop you off a set locally.
I have some REALLY important improvements you should fix / add to make your equioment stand out from your competitiors. If you promise to send the first high-banker you produce as payment (given that you accept/implement the changes now (or later)) I'll convey the information in a safe manner so others don't copy the improvements first. I definitely think my improvement will make people buy your gear in stead of the competitors. And off course I'll need 3.5% of the sale profit.

While I do have a rough estimate right now, I'm going to wait until I'm ready to launch the website to finalize pricing. I just have to sit down and tally up all the costs involved before I make anything official.
Will you ship to EU as well?

I'm sure if someone really wanted to, they could just buy a set and reverse engineer them... Only so many things a person can worry about I guess 😀
