If you can find deep creep, kroyl or blaster maybe a soak in that will free things up , try warming it with a heat gun a bit as long as there isn't any plastics that could melt 🤞 you plastics or o rin

I used to de-gunk my old Glow engines/carbs by soaking in Nitro Glow Fuel....

Just blast some glow fuel in it
