I actually skipped this lake. You didn't have videos for it so, crazy old lady decided it wasn't worth it hahaha hahaha. Yepper. I'm still after 8 little guys to finish list at Marron river. Yeah I’m not sure! Quite possible- I did try it for a bit, but I honestly didn’t pay attention to the difference in exp

Do you think it’s worth getting the equipment and going to Selenge or should I just suffer through the 2 levels in the sturgeon grind until you can unlock weeping willow?

Mmm I think the stringer will work at Weeping Willows as well. The rod could be used on blue crab or beyond as well, just a good rod for fish up to 120lbs or so. So, the future-proofing is there, and most people won't want to continue the sturgeon grind for another 2 levels.

Sinkers are only for bottom rods

can you make a catfish guide on the marron river? It so hard for me

9:16 I see I'm not alone in having issues sometimes getting the game to register the catch when fishing from a kayak. That's what killed my desire to fish from the kayak so I really hope they fix it soon (I first encountered the issue nearly a year ago though...)

When fishing from a kayak, disable your landing net, usually if you reel a fish in too fast on land it will say that the fish is not tired enough to net it, but you cant use a landing net from a kayak, so if you reel it in fast enough it will just dangle in the air until its tired enough, disabling the landing net will fix your issue, but when you fish from the shore enable it again because you aren't getting pulled from the land :)
