i think because he run double havoc, maybe doesnt have better havoc piece for it(since he need 4 pieces total) double ELE is +- 2%% better than ELE+ATK, so if ur ATK substat is better than ur ELE its fine to use ELE+ATK

he has 80 level characters, and some 8 level talents, so thats why he able to clear that. between 60 and 70 was huge leap in damage, so i think its similar on 80 too. and he played havoc mc plus danjin wich both have dreamless thats gives good damage too
