Got a vid of one going about 700mph 20 feet off the ground if you wanna check it out 😅 pilot called it over the radio before he did it. But instead he used Knotts instead of mph and meters instead of feet. I had to do the calculations 😅

Great catch... The best place to see jets flying at speeds faster than this is an Air Show Blue Angels or Thunderbirds. The 700 mph sneak pass might even scare some folks. Scared the hell out of me at my first show.

Every 4th of July the Colorado air national guard usually does some fly overs in the mountains and other popular places to celebrate

It happens all year across Colorado at many of the valley small towns. Happened to us in Ridgway September 2022.

I think so. I’ve seen them far out west in the Colorado rockies plenty out of times so it wouldn’t surprise me.

Telluride…I took my West Point students on a summer trip and never felt less welcomed.

...And a bird flew right in front of the camera almost immediately after the camera zoomed in on the sky between buildings. This was at 1:17, and I was naturally startled into momentarily thinking that was another F-16.... LOL
