Thanks. Your video was short and to the point. Took about five minutes.
Thanks! I had a reminder in my phone to replace that bulb. I had done this before but had completely forgotten how to access it. Watched your video and walked outside in my pj’s to do this. Took me about four minutes.
Thank you so much for taking the time and effort out in making this video. Solved my issue and first project I've ever done for myself on a vehicle. Working like brand new now

Update to that.. super easy.. but now the other bulb went out lmaoo. Not too long after, my passenger mirror got wacked. Thats easy to replace too FYI !
Your tutorial worked perfectly, took about 10 minutes to change (including tracking down a 8mm socket)
Thank you for this! Because of your video I just replaced one of my turn signal bulbs myself. The whole process took less than 5 minutes start to finish and saved me well over $100 in labor at the shop
Thanks. Simple clear instructions and no added music!
First time f150 bulb change. I think you just saved me a lot of time. Thanks!
Thank God. A big flathead works perfect for pulling out the assembly. Even in dead winter when plastic cracks easily, was able to do it without a scratch. Thanks buddy
Thank you, very helpful demo. I just lost the lower left turn bulb, now I can replace it without a big service cost.
Thank you for the detailed instructions.
Great video! I noticed driving in that a turn signal did the fast-pace meaning a bulb was bad. Wanted to see a video first! Thanks!
I have a fast directional blinker on my 2019 F-150 just like you did. I thought it maybe a fuse. Tomorrow I will go out and check out the directional signal lights. This gives me a good excuse to visit Harbor Freight and I see that as good thing. Thanks for posting this video.
Thank you. I used a flat head, put it in by the push pins, and popped it out easily. You made my life easier with this video
Appreciate your video! i replaced this about a year and half ago and it has gone out again now. I think it has something to do with rain and moisture. I am going to replace it again today. Thanks for taking the time to do this video man - it is much appreciated!
This is awesome! And so simple. Thank you so much for the video and step by step walk through (AND the explanations). My dad taught me everything under the hood, but boy if we didn’t forget the lights!
Perfect, this is the correct video. Thank you man for the tutorial, I probably would have broke something otherwise lol

Lol. Me too. Like the tool recommendation. I'd of used a screw driver, and scratched, or broke something. Those taillight assembly, are not cheap!!
Knowing how difficult it is to pull straight out gave me the confidence to pull harder - before watching video, I was afraid of breaking a hidden plastic clip
I had a hard time telling the filament was burnt. When it was in my hand . No way you could tell without pulling it. Thanks, good info
This is exactly the video I wasn't looking for. I had a lower bulb just burned out so ur video popped up on my googs👍
Thank you so much for the demonstration. Excellent!!!
Thank You for the video. I just changed my driver side turn signal. Appreciate it 👍🏼
Woo hoo! Thank you for the nice concise instructions with 8mm bolt and tool requirements.
might want to lubricate those two front posts that go in the anchors... had a hell of a time getting the anchor off when it came out with the housing... now lubricated
My top push pin snapped off, of course. Hopefully the 2 screws and bottom push pin are enough!
Thank you! I feel empowered doing it myself. Peace and Blessings!
Thank you! Worked on my 2004 Ford F-150 as well.
Thank you sir, clear and to the point. Appreciate you sharing this
thanks man simple and easy guide
Front and rear turn signal bulbs are the same as well
you rock bro, thanks big time
1:53 trim tools needed... 🔧 ✔️ ✅️
So 3 total different bulbs? Brake, blinker, and backup?
Thank you!
He pulled out the reverse light and thought it was the turn signal too? Why is nobody noticing this???😀
I've got a 2018 just tried the left side, and I'll try the trim tool ,
Thanks saved me some time!!!!
Thank you for the video! Just please note that you should not touch the bulb while replacing - the oil from your fingers can heat up and make it burn out faster
Exactly the info I needed. Thanks!
Just what I needed - thanks!
Thanks 🙏
Thank you sir
Great video thank you !
Thanks
Saved by your video! Thank you sir. 👏🏻
I have a 2020 F-150. Top right rear turn signal bulb wasnt blinking.Just now took it out. It looked good, so i pushed it back in. Works fine now. Hope it stays that way. 8mm bolt on a Ford. What will they think of next. Good vid.
Got mine out, replaced the bulb, easy peasy but I cannot get the unit back into the truck without there being a gap where the 2 pins are. The bolts line up perfectly and I can screw them in and the housing doesn't seem to move, but it looks odd with the gap. Any thoughts on how to force it back in?
8mm Socket, Sylvania #3157. Perfect.
Gracias!!!!
Good video. Thank you!
Appreciate the help buddy!
Very helpful video.... thanks!
Thank you! Going to fix mine today!
Great video! Any house hold item I can use to pop the assembly off?
Thanks - nice video!
Thanks, good video.
What are the Gaskets called on the steel of the truck that the push pins Go into I need new ones for my truck but I do not know what them two gaskets are called
Thank you sir!
The first bulb you took out was the REVERSE light, not the bottom brake/turn signal
Thank you.
Very helpful thanks
I've had luck disengaging the pins by applying a strip of duct tape on the fixture and long enough to form a handle to pull on.
Perfect thank you!
0:57 step #1
The Ford dealership in Shreveport wanted me to pay them $125 to do that. Negative, it's still under factory warranty, so unfortunately Ford will have to absorb that massive repair 😅😅
THANKS, too me 10 minutes to do this.
Thank you
thanks buddy
Plz do more reasons: lol 1. Ur cute 2. U know what you doing 3. Its facts 4. I would watch u every week an talk about on my small yt channel x😋
Them push pins are stupid Fought like hell to get it out and one tip broke .
Fuckin legend
Dang my f150 isn’t getting that good of Mpg. I drive mostly highway.
maybe next time dont do it with bare hands, put vinyl gloves, extend bulb life. Hand grease actually burns that bulb. but in general great video, helps a lot, saves time and money.
Both of the bulbs in my left rear are out including the brake light

Hmm. I wonder if there might be a short somewhere. I’d look for damaged wires. Seems kind of unlikely they would both go out at the same time, but stranger things have happened.

@@HomeSource swapped them both out and bam problem solved thank god I didn’t have to get into wiring problems or fuses
nice video but don’t touch your bulbs. transfers oils from your hand to the bulb
Hey everyone do you have to have a Drill gun,?

Yep
I would recommend to not touch the new bulb with your fingers, wear some clean gloves. The moisture in your skin can make a bulb fail prematurely. Also a dab of grease on the screws and push pins make it easier to remove the next time it has to be removed.
Thank you!
Thanks
